Hotel Harsh Residency

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Here are my reasons: Staff Service: The service from the staff was terrible. I had a particularly bad experience when the staff entered my room without knocking. This is unacceptable. They seem untrained in hospitality, and when I questioned them, they would not acknowledge their mistakes. Lack of Restaurant: The hotel does not have a restaurant. Although breakfast was included in my package, they simply brought food from another establishment in a plastic bag. Room Cleaning: I requested room cleaning in the morning by leaving the key at the front desk. When I returned in the evening, my room had not been cleaned at all, and once again, the staff did not accept their mistake. If you'd like to experience such issues, feel free to visit this place. at least as a company we are not going take service from this Hotel anymore.

Good option to stay in Sangamner... The best part is just in front of the bus stand .. rooms are maintained ... no restaurant at hotel.... Parking may be the issue as it is in small galli

The location is not well as you do not get enough space to park, if you have a 4 wheeler. The rooms are nice but the service is very slow.

First, they do not accept card payments for card payment they charge 12%GST, which feels unnecessary and inconvenient for those who prefer cashless transactions. Another major drawback is the parking situation. There is no dedicated parking space at the hotel itself, which can be quite frustrating, especially for guests with cars. You have to park across the street, near a bank. The real problem arises if you need to use your car during the day. If you plan to leave early in the morning, it's fine. However, after 10 AM, the area becomes crowded with two-wheelers parked all around your vehicle, making it almost impossible to get out without a lot of hassle and delays. Overall, while the room and service meet expectations, the issues with payment and parking could be dealbreakers for some guests.

Rooms are clean & good. But not much room service nor any facilities to make tea/coffee. Parking is an issue. Hotel staff helped with parking but in a narrow lane.

Staff is good, Rooms are ok ok, cleanliness also ok ok, Main problem is Parking.. Hotel don't have parking had to park on narrow lane beside the Hotel which is not safe place....

most cleanest and hygienic hotel. i can give full ratings to this hotel. maintenance is very good the best hotel i can say. we stayed there from night 12 to morning 11 it was nice to stay there

Amazing bed and soft blankets , good ambience of room . Best rooms around the area .
