I visited this restaurant on a weekday, expecting a calm and pleasant experience. While the food quality was truly outstanding--rich in flavor, well-presented, and clearly made with skill--the overall experience was let down by poor coordination and lackluster service. On multiple occasions, there were no waiters around to attend to us. It wasn't even peak hours, so the absence of staff and their inattentiveness was surprising. There seemed to be a clear communication gap among the team, and no one appeared eager to serve or even acknowledge the presence of customers in a timely manner. It's unfortunate because the kitchen delivers excellence, but the front-of-house team falls short. If the management can improve staff coordination and ensure attentive service, this place could easily become a top recommendation. For now, it's a mixed experience: worth visiting for the food, but be prepared for service that may test your patience.

**Extremely Unhygienic and Unprofessional Food Practices** I am extremely disappointed with the hygiene and food quality at your hotel. I witnessed what appeared to be onions and lemons being reused in salads--clearly leftovers from other guests' plates. This practice is not only unhygienic but completely unacceptable. As paying customers, we expect fresh and safe food. We don't bargain over food prices, so why should we receive leftover or reused items? It's unethical, unprofessional, and a serious health concern. Cutting costs at the expense of guest safety and hygiene is completely unacceptable. I urge you to take immediate corrective action to address these unhygienic practices. If this is how the kitchen is operated, it calls into question the safety of everything being served. People - Be care full while visiting.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at one of Satara's top executive-class hotels with my family. Our dinner experience was outstanding, with the Chicken Peri Peri starter and Murg Musallam main course being particular highlights. The vegetarian options, Paneer Crispy and Paneer Angara, were also impressive, with the former's taste being truly exceptional. Both main courses delighted our taste buds. What stood out was the hotel's commitment to serving hygienic food while maintaining high standards. A must-visit destination for a satisfying family dining experience.

Best hotel with very much excellent service, food, ambience. No negative marks at all. Staffs are very nice here and don't have to wait anything. Staff here just understand what we need ,and they are very friendly. There are halls for family functions as well. Toilet is very neat and clean. Overall it's a good place to have food with family and friends. There is spacious parking available here

We took parcel as well as had a dine-in experience here. The food quality and taste is good especially non-veg food. I feel, along with the wonderful ambience, the well trained staff is worth a mention. They have ample car parking as well. Thank you to the entire team of Nation 11. Wide variety of food menu. All authentic in taste, great quality of food. Ambience is a attraction for the place, well lit, decorated and full of greenery. Ambient music playing in background gives pleasant vibes. Good service too. Kebabs & Mocktails at the place were an highlight, a great place to dine in Satara. Overall a great experience.

It's a nice restaurant in Satara. I've been to many ones here, but I think in terms of a atmospheric and food quality balance, Nation 11 is good. I've also noticed food quality being very good till now, eg.
