Hotel Sher-E-Punjab

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The room was filthy--dusty floors, stained linens, and a persistent bad smell that hinted at years of neglect. On top of that, the air conditioning didn't work at all, leaving us sweltering in the heat despite repeated requests for maintenance. The reception staff made things even worse. The front-desk attendant was openly arrogant and dismissive, treating every question as an annoyance rather than an opportunity to help. When we asked about the AC, they shrugged us off and insisted "it's working fine," even though it clearly wasn't. No apology, no effort to investigate--just attitude. Basic amenities were either missing or broken: the TV remote had dead batteries, the Wi-Fi kept dropping out, and the shower pressure was so low it barely trickled. The photos online promised comfort and style, but the reality was shoddy at best. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value clean rooms, functioning air conditioning, or even basic courtesy from staff, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that actually understand what hospitality means.

This hotel is perfect for families, offering a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. The staff is courteous and well-disciplined, ensuring a pleasant stay. A variety of delicious food is available to choose from. Enough parking space is available for all types of vehicles. The hotel provides a range of rooms suitable for solo travelers, couples, and families. If you're visiting this area, staying here is highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. Recently, I booked it for a birthday party, including food, and even during the booking process, I faced issues with the staff--especially the managers, who were not cooperative at all. On the day of the party, the service was extremely slow, frustrating the guests. During lunch for 25+ people, there was only one server struggling to manage everything. Despite discussing all the details in advance, the staff later denied that certain services were included in the package, which ruined the mood for half the event. Please think twice before booking this hotel. To the hotel staff: Be clear about the services you offer. Communicate properly with customers about what is included and what is not. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Came with the full family at hotel and it was Worst/Horrible/Disgusting/Pathetic/Dreadful/Terrible experience of my life. Found cockroach in my food , don't know how the hygiene is maintained in the hotel. Additionally, After raising concern they started blaming each other for other things. Still paid full bill happily because we won't be visiting the restaurant anymore and will not recommended at all...

Hotel Sher e Punjab is the only place in Shahada city for pure vegetarian and delicious food. The friendliness and discipline of its staff attracts customers. Hotel Sher e Punjab is the best accommodation and event arrangement.

Excellent service, very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable stay and delicious food. Highly recommended!

It is a good place to stay in Shahada City and for nearby towns as well. Best part is this property is situated in the middle of town. The starters of the restaurant are good.
