Shegaon is my city, everything here is unique and eating this famous Kachori gives a different kind of freshness, no matter where I live in the world, my heart always lies in Shegaon.
It's clean and maintained. But sometimes the display doesn't work. That's the only issue I have faced. You can try Sharma kachori as you get out of the station.
Jai Gajanan Shegaon is famous for its cleanliness and devotional blessings. There is a gajanan maharaj temple and are bhakt niwas for the devotees to stay. There are few temples to visit near by.
Parking scam to take care... First they ask you to park in parking even if you have 2 mins work Secondly they forced me to pay 10 rs for parking for 5 mins only And the parking person was so gunda , after I paid & ask receipt he didn't give me recipt for parking amt..that means he is directly scamming people taking illegal money... In first place, he was not able to take money from me because according to rules, railway parking at most place is free for mins its charged after 30 mins or hour .

Shegaon has gained renown as a pilgrimage center because Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj lived there. Hindus consider Gajanan Maharaj a saint. Nice place, Clean station area. Connected railway route Howrah-Nagpur-Mumbai line, Nagpur-Bhusawal section, Express, Mail express, Superfast train & Passanger train stops here.
