HOTEL GOLDEN VIEW

I cannot recommend Hotel Golden View to anyone. It was a regrettable experience that could have been avoided with better maintenance, honesty in advertising, and basic security measures. Avoid this hotel if you value comfort and peace of mind. My stay at Hotel Golden View was nothing short of unpleasant. Starting with the washrooms, they had a persistent, unbearable stench--likely from the drains--that made it impossible to stay in them for more than a few minutes. The toilets were poorly maintained, and the body wash provided was outdated and questionable. I wouldn't be surprised if it caused skin allergies or infections. Thankfully, my partner had packed her own toiletries, saving us from further distress. The room itself was equally disappointing. The bed sheets were covered with rough fur balls, making them uncomfortable to use. The lighting and wall colors in the room were so dreary and unappealing that it felt suffocating. It was nothing like the pictures shown online--an absolute misrepresentation. This should serve as a reminder to always inspect the room before confirming your booking. The only redeeming factor was the location. If you're visiting Shirdi Sai Baba, the hotel is conveniently within walking distance. Additionally, there are several eateries nearby, including Haldiram's, Domino's, Pizza Hut, and McDonald's. However, the lack of security was alarming. Anyone could access the lifts leading directly to the rooms, raising serious safety concerns. The staff seemed more focused on checking if guests were using the parking facility for free rather than ensuring a secure and comfortable stay.

The worst hotel in shirdi because we were just half an hour late because of croud he charged 1000 rs from us but there was no falt from us

Overall the stay experience was good, as time goes the quality should be improved but there is no change, expected some refurbishment in terms of materials like beds, cots and other furniture. Very close to Baba temple just 5mins walk. Nice restaurants in 1 min walk, Sai Amrut is very good.

Hotel is just opposite to Saibaba temple which is plus point of this hotel. Rooms are good and spacious. They also have parking at the ground floor.

Not as clean as displayed online only one advantage just next to gate no4 on the other side of Highway. But Shirdi being a small location with ample connectivity this becomes a less important point to consider.

Only for 30 mins extra they are asking us to pay 1000 , they are not allowing us to not pay he is behaving very rudely to us This is not acceptable the customer service is very bad the bedheets were also not good After darshan we are coming and they are fighting with us ,we had told we will check out at 1 they are not allowing us only for thirty minutes this much they are talking

The Worst experience ever. Hotel staff were very rude. The rooms were dirty and could spot cockroaches on the floors. The bedsheets were extremely dirty. The hotel staff acts like they are owners and have an excuse and show attitude for everything. Made a note to tell the owner in person about this. Horrible experience!

Hotel staff were very rude. We checked in late by 6 pm and management asked to check out by 11 am. We were stuck in darshan and were able to check out by 12 pm. For this one hour delay They asked us to pay full charge for another day. When we tried to explain they became overly rude. Entire hotel was empty but they acted as if we made them lose money.
