Jivanta Hotel Shirdi

I had a wonderful stay at Jivanta Hotel. The staff was exceptionally courteous, and their service was outstanding. What truly set them apart was their kindness and prompt assistance when my mother had a fall in the bathroom. They went above and beyond by helping us with medicines, providing a wheelchair, and ensuring a smooth visit to the temple. Their care and attentiveness made a difficult situation much easier for us. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and thoughtful service.

Small, clean and value based hotel. Great for one night or two. The rooms are well equipped. My safe deposit box was not working, but the staff was efficient in getting it resolved. Prasad at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was fresh and had an adequate variety and although technically, the yogurt is an extra charge, the staff offered it to me without charging me for it. I appreciated the gesture. Remember when you go to smaller towns, especially in India, its important to tip very generously.

The restaurant and its staff - top notch. Great food and friendly service. The bellboys who helped with our luggage were polite and helpful. The game room was also fun. Unfortunately, that's the only highlight. The rest of the stay was disappointing. Both receptionists were highly unprofessional with terrible communication skills. Basic courtesy was missing. Terrible hospitality. They seemed totally unqualified for the post provided. I booked the Classic Suite Room, but it felt more like a budget lodge. There is no designated parking area, no valet and no security guard( ie around 2pm when I checked in). That being said, when I did meet two of the security guards, they were polite and bid us farewell. According to its booking website, I was supposed to receive a welcome drink, which I didn't receive. Forget about the drink - there wasn't even a proper welcoming. Well I don't know about Maharashtra but generally I receive a call from the hotel before check-in to confirm my whereabouts, but there was no such call from this hotel. Overall, it was disappointing and definitely wasn't worth the price.

Our stay at Jivanta was absolutely wonderful! The hotel staff was incredibly nice and supportive, always ready to assist with a smile. The 24x7 pickup and drop facility to the temple was a huge convenience, making our visit seamless. The food was great, and we loved spending time at their cafe. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. A special shoutout to the staff for their honesty and care--I had forgotten my watch at the hotel, and they kept it safe until I returned to collect my luggage. Truly a great experience, and I'd highly recommend Jivanta to anyone visiting!

Rooms are neat and clean. Near to temple. Hotel has a good restaurant. Staff at front desk is friendly. ||Things to improve:||Staff in restaurant can be courteous, they just stick to their business with no follow up if guests needs anything else.||Had to make three calls to get the used plates out of the room. One guy came and just added some tea bags and just told us that call restaurant. Not sure why can't he just take care of it. After three calls, no one turn out. I had to place them outside on the corridor.

Nice rooms with proper hygiene. Also the food quality was good but need slight improvement on the restaurant service. Overall a good stay and also they provide transport service to Sai mandir. Staff is polite and helpful. Hotel location is also easily accessible.

Rooms were ok. Staff coutesy was exemplary. Did not opt for breakfast. Lunch & Dinner were excellent. Highly recommend this Hotel. Travel desk did a good job. Driver Sachin was amazing. In case, we visit again would book this Hotel only.

It's very good hotel and very decently priced compared to the other big hotels nearby which are exorbitantly priced. The deluxe rooms are spacious and neat. It's recommended for someone who is looking to save some bucks without compromising on quality. The food is also delicious.
