McDonald's

We had a terrible experience with this outlet. We ordered a meal and we added lemon tea to it where we mentioned we did not want ice. To this they said we will serve only half the qty instead of giving what was mentioned as 300 ml. They were extremely rude and had no courtesy what so ever and received only half a glass of the drink. This too had a lot of ice. I expect some revert on this and some attention to the customers who are fooled by their explanations.

I recently visited McDonald's Talegaon, drawn in by its convenient location on the highway. The overall experience was decent, but a few aspects left me with mixed feelings. The restaurant's location is undoubtedly convenient, making it easily accessible for travelers. The standard McDonald's menu was on offer, and the food lived up to the brand's reputation--consistent, familiar, and satisfying. However, my expectations were slightly dampened by the cleanliness of the place. I anticipated a higher standard, and it left room for improvement. Cleanliness is an essential aspect of any dining experience, and I hope the management pays closer attention to this in the future. Another hiccup in my visit was the service. Despite requesting table service due to some confusion, I was asked to pick up my order from the counter. What disappointed me more was the perceived rudeness from the staff, especially considering the iconic customer service associated with McDonald's. I believe the staff could benefit from additional training in handling customer requests courteously. In conclusion, McDonald's Talegaon is a decent stop for a quick bite, especially due to its convenient location on the highway. However, improvements in cleanliness and service are necessary to elevate the overall customer experience. I'm giving it 3 stars for its strategic location, hoping that my concerns will be addressed for a more enjoyable visit in the future.

Good place after the Toll. Cafe is also there. They have own restroom those are also near and clean. One can stop by for a quick food.

When mcD open in Talegaon Dabhade we were happy but that happiness is not lasting as their service is not good..every time we ordered never recvd full order ...when we try to contact their phone no not reachable. Pathetic service. Not happy at all. This time also we got cold food. NOT WORTH. Is se better MCD nahi tha vahi accha tha.

This is on the Mumbai Pune Expressway near Talegaon Toll Plaza. Particularly a good option for the non vegetarian people and new gen kids. The food will be served hot as it is prepared only after the order. Parking here is not dedicated you will have to park your vehicle in the vicinity of the Gas Station only but you have drive in option so you can order food and get the parcel while going out of vicinity.

I am visiting 2nd time to this MC d .I had hot french fries.Its situated in a large food court on Pune Mumbai highway express.I enjoyed the open space to roam around .I used the wash room it was very clean and hygienic with all facilities functioning well.

not a good mcd at all, we had ordered a couple of things, firstly the mc aloo tiki burgers only had sauce and onion only nothing else!!! the corn cups they didn't have enough butter and salt packets, when asked again after sometime they claimed to have nothing, the coke was absolutely flat with no fizz
