I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel! The food quality was exceptional - everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to Priyanka for her outstanding service. She was attentive, polite, and ensured our table was well taken care of throughout the meal. Her warm demeanor truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend this place for a delightful dinner!

I had a wonderful experience at this place with my family while traveling. Even though it was late, we had lunch around 5 PM, and the food was amazing. We requested a sabji that wasn't on the menu, and they happily prepared it for us. The taste was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. It's rare to find such great food and hospitality together. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tasty food and outstanding service. A memorable dining experience!

Our one-night stay at GLR Hills Hotel was truly pleasant! The highlight of our experience was the restaurant - the food was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. The staff's behavior was equally commendable; they were polite, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The combination of tasty food and the staff's warm hospitality made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place, especially for food lovers. Overall, a great experience, and we'll definitely consider coming back.

Enjoyed the lunch at the restaurant, we went here for womens day with all family members, the food was great, both veg as well as non veg, primarily had the seafood, all fish was fresh and nicely prepared. Location is great on the old mumbai highway.

08/Dec/2024: Visited this rooftop restaurant for a family dinner on a Sunday evening. The place was not crowded and only 02 other tables were occupied by other gamilies. The main dishes that we ordered were Bhatti ka Jhinga, Murg Angare Kebab, Murg Kalimiri Tikka, Paneer Malai Tikka and Tandoori Stuffed Aloo. All of these dishes were absolutely yummy and deserving of a 05 Star Rating by themselves! This was the only positive. Now for the negatives. The service was lacking as there seemed to be nobody helpful around many times when we wanted to order. The music was too loud and handled by people who seemed to be playing it for themselves. At times, the karaoke singing from the banquet hall (where a wedding reception was being held) blared through the speakers dusturbing everyone. Even then there was no proper technical assistance. Thus the ambience was spoilt due to this. Finally, the billing process was made unnecessarily lengthy and confusing. The many negatives brought down a potential 05 Star Rating to a 03 Star Rating. Good food alone does not make a customer visit again. So I hope this feedback helps in improving the customer experience thereby improving their business.

Rajesh / Prakash and team served us pretty well and were courteous. The location is also convenient as it's bang on the highway. Keep it up and wish u scale more heights!!!
