Hotel Gurudev Nx

The taste of the food has deteriorated big time recently. Recently tried veg kofta which is shown as a sepcial recipe in their menu. But, it didn't felt like a kofta dish at all. Just some pieces of apple and potatoes and what not, seriously rubbish dish I ever had till now.

Today, I picked up my parcel, and upon reaching home and opening it, I realized that one of the food items was missing. I called the restaurant, but they denied it. I have been dining at this restaurant for around 20 years, but over the past year, I have been facing such issues. The hotel owner should look into this matter.

We recently visited this hotel for lunch. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The service was notably slow, which impacted the overall dining experience. The food was average in taste and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, there is no dedicated parking facility, and we had to park our car on the roadside, which was inconvenient.

I recently dined at Hotel Gurudev Nx, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food facilities were ok, but what really stood out--in a negative way--was the poor service. The staff lacked basic hospitality skills, seemed disinterested, and often appeared confused or untrained. Whether it was handling a simple request or offering basic information, they were either clueless or simply careless. To be honest, I couldn't tell if I was just unlucky during my stay, or if the management consistently fails to hire and train competent service staff. Either way, it reflects poorly on the hotel's standards. For other potential guests: Don't expect much in terms of service. If you value good hospitality and a welcoming attitude, you might want to consider other options. Hopefully, the management steps up and improves the staff training, because right now, it's not up to the mark. A restaurant eat out is more than just just food--it's about the experience. Sadly, this one missed the mark.

Amazing veg food. Probably one of the best in kalyan. The restaurant is always full so come with some spare time specifically for AC section.

Food quality not so good.only infrastructure is not important.quality and quantity of food and realistic prices are important but not satisfied with food taste.

I had a good experience with this hotel, I was specially invited by the food association so they arranged this hotel for my two day stay.

Tried calling through Zomato delivery guy, very poor and delayed delivery also observed mannerless staff on counter while checked the order status
