This place definitely deserves 5 stars when compared to other pizza places like dominoes/ Pizza Hut and even some talk of the town places like Joeys pizza. But I feel it falls short as a good Neapolitan pizza place. Mostly, my experience with pizza express, food wise, has been ok. This particular store, was no exception. My biggest complaint, is with their pizza base, which doesn't feel airy. To end on a positive note, their flavours are great, and location is perfect. Definitely my go to spot.

Unfortunately I wont be able to write truly on food quality as I didnt eat (my kiddos did). Ratings are for the extremely poor service and almost no step towards customer concern. It took multiple reminders, follow up to get one pizza. 15mins was expected wait time, waited for 40mins and were about to leave. Shock and surprised when, even after raising concern for the delay, the staff gave a false excuse - chef did put up chilly sauce. Atleast a upfront apology and acceptance would have sounded better, relying on false excuse talks what customer service means to them. Unfortunately, could not take that extreme step to leave, as kiddos were hungry. Don't ever visit it again, won't recommend unless they do drastic change towards customer service. Manager did try to intervene, efforts put up was only to save the face.

Definitely recommend this place! Service: Shoutout to Rahul Tippe who was managing the cash section, cafe, online delivery as well as serving the customers with great attention. Food: The cappuccino was good, so was the Dough Ball Pizza and Spaghetti aglio. However, they billed us for extra grilled chicken with the Spaghetti and that seemed unfairly priced as the quantity of chicken was too less. Hopefully, they correct this. Ambience: Super impressive. Lovely music and tastefully done interior with a good vibe.

We had an amazing time! The ambiance is lively and fun, making it a perfect spot to hang out. We tried the Pedana Pizza, garlic bread, and a ginger spritzer - everything was delicious and full of flavor. The music added to the vibe and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for great food and an amazing atmosphere!

We had an amazing experience at pizza express. I have been here multiple times before and it's always been a good time. Our server Asif did a great job and was very responsive and active.
