2nd May - We had already had dinner at another restaurant but were craving some good Paneer Tikka, so we dropped by Cream Centre just to have that one dish. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best. One of the waiters (didn't catch his name--slightly on the heavier side) made us feel judged for ordering just one item, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. The Paneer Tikka tasted amazing, no doubt, but 600 for just 4 small pieces is honestly not justifiable. When you're paying that much, both the portion size and the service should reflect it. Also, there's no parking space available, which adds to the inconvenience. Overall, a place with great food but lacking in hospitality and value for money. 18 April- Had a wonderful experience dining here! The food was absolutely amazing - we tried the Karara Aloo Chaat and Paneer Dum Biryani, and both dishes were bursting with flavor. The chaat was perfectly crispy and tangy, while the biryani was rich, aromatic, and satisfying. A special shoutout to Himanshu for his exceptional service - he was warm, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience throughout. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for delicious food and top-notch service. Will definitely be coming back!

It is a large place very popular amongst vegetarians. On weekends evening there would be a wait at peak hours if you have not reserved a table. Nice bright decor, spacious seating with good elbows and leg room. Service is decent. Food was tasty but I found it overly priced for the quantity, even after taking in to consideration the overall experience. And on top of it I and my wife experienced hyper acidity after eating there, may be from the oil and maida of the bhatura. But one may consider trying it once for their own experience, specially if you love intercontinental fast food.

Since its very inception, Cream Centre has redefined what it means to be a vegetarian restaurant in Mumbai. With its hospitable staff, elegant interiors and minimalistic look, this is fine dining at its best. But when you look at the menu, they have both, your typical desi favourites and global delights side by side. If you think the restaurant looks good, wait till you see the food. It looks and tastes wonderful.

Terrific soothing serene clean ambience with comfy and cozy seating arrangements. The food is top notch I tried their Chole Bhature and Lassi with a classic touch of their special spice. It was a lip smacking mouth watering and delectable. Satya from Cream Centre, was the one who was attending us during the whole meal serving, who spoke about the specific spice use in and the preparation of chole. I thank you for your humility and kindness and for your Service.

Extremely disappointing experience at Cream Centre Thane (near Vasant Vihar) -- and to make it worse, this was supposed to be my birthday Lunch Chole bhature was tasteless and below average. Bringing bhature before chose was a complete illogical service Onion rings were under cooked The masala raita was plain yogurt with few chopped tomatoes and veggies no salt no MASALA!! No spoon for pickles even after asking multiple times. Had to keep reminding staff for water refills, napkins, finger bowl, and the bill -- nothing came without chasing. Half the food was served and the rest came ages later, completely spoiling the dining experience. Shockingly, the staff removed our cutlery while we were still eating! The staff were untrained, careless, and clueless about even basic service. Another guest at a nearby table was shouting at them for the same issues -- so clearly it's not a one-off problem. And after all this, we were billed 3000 for such a terrible experience. What should have been a nice birthday evening turned out to be a total disappointment. Would never visit this outlet again and strongly advise others to avoid it too.

The food and ambience was good. Liked the sizzler that i ordered... especially as the noodles were thinner ones.. Service was reasonably fast considering the rush hours.
