The food is extremely good and delectable. It's a huge space so the waiting time hardly remains for 15-20 was fully crowded. Good thing is that it's all vegetarian. Service is prompt. The ambience is cool and comfortable. Great variety of cuisines available. In terms of cost, one may find it a bit costly. Especially the starters, milkshakes and mocktails.

Well known restaurant for tasty food however had not so good dine in experience (had best experience with home delivery options). Ambiance is great. Usually taste is good (home delivery) however they served wrong order and did not accept that it was a mistake (had ordered cheese kofta but they served malai/paneer kofta). Assuming this is one of the not so good experience. Even valet parking experience was really bad (needed to adjust seat as well as there was abnormal engine sound), have stopped opting for valet parking after this incidence.

Overhyped and expensive. Had to wait 30-45 minutes for a table. Waiter was being very annoying. Like rushing us to order and etc. there was water leaking from the roof also. RIGHT ON OUR table! There's so good place to wait either. Only plus point is. Food was good. Not great. Just good. Don't understand the hype over this place. They also call Nasi goreng as Nashik. Lol. They seem to give all non veg dishes with the non veg. Wow.

Very Bad Experience in service, food taste. No proper response on the complaint. Worst recipes used, I asked for spicey Kaju Masala curry and they were added plainly the raw green chillie pieces. Is it gives a good taste..?? Can u imagine what happened if you consume raw green chillies. Elders would manage any how, but what about the children...?? Served stale lamon & Onion pieces in the bowl, after telling them they were replaced with fresh ones. But why this is so....??? Over to this no regrets were observed from the management . Not recommended to visit.

Would give it a 10 stars out of 5, the entire dining experience was that good!!! The interior is cozy and classy. The crowd on a weekday speaks for the quality and popularity of the place. A must visit with friends and family when visiting Thane.

Disappointing Experience - Wouldn't Recommend I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The service was incredibly slow--even though the restaurant wasn't busy, we waited almost 30 minutes for our food. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and lacked any real flavor. The portion sizes were also ridiculously small for the price. The Margherita pizza was stuffed with row tomato slices. When I complained to manager he said we will serve a fresh pizza which didn't turn up. For the price, I expected much better. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dining experience.

We had a great experience at Hotel Utsav. The Triple Sichuan Rice was perfectly spicy, just the way I like it, and the chaas was super refreshing - an excellent combo (at least for me!) The only thing I'd recommend is to serve some extra Sichuan gravy on the side. Other than that, everything was spot on!
