Ocean Grill Multi-Cuisine Family Restaurant & Bar

I recently went to Ocean Grill in Thane, and it gave more of a restrobar vibe. Just to be clear, it's not a full-on bar, but they do serve beer and other alcohol. The good thing is, they have a separate family room too, so even families can dine comfortably without any awkwardness. The food was really good -- the taste definitely stands out. The quantity is also great; honestly, one dish is more than enough for two people. It's on the expensive side, but if you're going for the taste and the experience, it's worth it. You can easily manage under 1000 per person if you order smartly. One thing to note though -- the service is quite slow. Every time we ordered something, it took at least 15 minutes to arrive. But the good part is, the food always came piping hot, which made up for the wait. Overall, it's a nice place if you're okay with spending a little and waiting a bit. Great for a relaxed dinner with friends or even family.

Service is prompt. Occasionally food takes time to come but is guaranteed fresh and tasty. Tried: Chicken Fried Rice & Noodles - 4/5 Best part is they put friend chicken in it which is rare Chicken Mumbai Mirch - 4/5 Perfectly spiced and achaari

This multi cuisine Air conditioned restaurant is really nice. The food tastes great and there are many options to choose from. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The ambience is clean and comfortable making it a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying your meal. Overall a good place with tasty food, service and a comfortable setup. Worth visiting again!

This place i did got through Google search and based on reviews thought of trying and would say was worth it. The location of the restaurant is good and not on crowded road. They have good family AC section and very clean and elegant. The service was good and food served was very tasty. Spring rolls were so dry and loaded with veggies, chicken crispy was awesome, rest food items which we tried were manchow soup, chicken pahadi kabab and chicken tikka dum biryani also were tasty. The quantity was good and taste also very good. Drinks also are served. Reasonable prices. Did try this one as wanted one lunch away from usual mall food outlets and was really good.

All items of fish are very tasty. The chicken starter and fish starter that I tasted were tasty. Chicken hot and sour soup is very tasty, overall very nice place. Staff behavior is quite goodStaff behavior is quite good.

I always thought why this place is not famous/crowdy despite having good peaceful location, spacious dining hall, fancy name. I with my family visited this restaurant on Sunday afternoon for Lunch. There is ample parking space on the road. Open area had tables and I could see all men enjoying their drinks. The main hall also had boys and men having drinks. There is a family room and ofcourse we expected we would be offered table there. However, waiters insisted we sit in the same hall where there were all men having alcohol. We suggested them that they should open the family hall for us since family won't be comfortable sitting along the men drinking alcohol. Instead, waiters argues this is like family and you should sit here. I was told that we won't open family room in afternoon. Strange! After sometime, they opened family room, though we were disappointed we decided to have lunch, not to spoil the mood and travel to another hotel. So, I would give them only one star. Food - We ordered Chicken crispy, Chana koliwada for starters and Chicken Sukka (Mangalorean style). Chicken crispy was okay. For some reason, it was not served very hold. Crispy always tastes good when served hot. Chana Koliwada was disaster. Chicken Sukka was made with Mangalorean recipe but it didn't had salt. We were not happy with food so ultimately decided to finish our lunch with Rotis only. I feel these restaurant is mostly used as a bar and not ideal for family.

One of the best Biryanis in thane . They also serve delicious Indian and Chinese food at a reasonable rate .

Good food, nice ambience good service overall nice for drinks and dinner.
