Customer Reviews & Testimonials

I wish I had read the review before going. I went there on my cousins recommendations bcz they used to go their earlier. I think the cook has changed now n if it's not then for sure their level of serving good food has gone down. It was definitely a worst experience. Felt like all my money got wasted. We ordered manchow soup it was bit salty but the consistency was so thick it didn't even taste like soup, 2nd was crispy chicken trust me it was a disaster never had such crispy chicken ever it was So hard u couldn't even chew it. Then we ordered tandoori roti kolhapuri chicken and mutton seekh. Trust me it felt like they cooked it just for the sake of giving I think the mutton was stale bcz it was smelling. And the kolhapuri was tasteless.n chutny was good for nothing it had tase of garlic only. **Quantity was fair enough compare to price but tell me if it's not eatable then what's the point of serving good quantity? I'm so disappointed I would definitely not gonna suggest it to anyone. **best thing is they hv good seating arrangement. We went Upstairs their they have ac room(10-15 Rs charges extra on each item) . Downstairs is normal good for boys. Also the service was fast didn't take too long to serve. Price is affordable but they really need to work on providing good food.

When you order anything they don't even bother to chop their veggies! Mentioned/Complained them about this so many times yet no change. Once the receptionist was arguing that this is the only way to chop vegetable, and they will not change it. Also sometimes the food tastes so gross or stale as if they've used expired products. Never going to order or recommend this place to anyone!! (Photos attached - Fried Rice)

Ordered mutton nalli boti and they gave beef nalli in the curry. Also when complained to them their response was "AISA HI MILTA HAI". they took the money for mutton and gave beef in return. I do not recommend this place at all. Zero service and rude behaviour. Not at all ready to accept their mistake.

Very bad food and low quality taste

I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying the chicken biryani at Yaadgaar Family Restaurant in Mumbra, and I have to say it was one of the worst culinary experiences I've ever had. First off, let's talk about the aroma--or the lack thereof. A good biryani should fill the air with a tantalizing scent, promising a flavor-packed meal. Instead, what I got was an unappealing, bland whiff that screamed "day-old leftovers." When the dish finally arrived at my table, I was greeted by a mound of rice that looked more like a sad, lifeless heap than a flavorful biryani. Now, onto the chicken. To put it simply, it tasted as though it had been marinated in disappointment. The pieces were overcooked and dry, lacking the juicy tenderness that one expects from good biryani. It was as if the chicken was trying to escape the plate, while I was trying to escape the restaurant.

Yesterday I visited with my family and ordered Khabsaa rice, the rice was like boiled rice, no flavour and white rice. 2nd ordered beef Pulao, the dish was we get was not beef pulao it was like bhoona mixed with plain rice. Also there was mini white insect on Raita, the waiter said fridge me 2 3 din se rkha hai and aur bhi saman hai isiliye wahi se aaya hoga. And we have cancelled the pulao order then and left the restro. Very bad experience.
