I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and uncooperative. The room was in a terrible state -- the dustbin was overflowing with garbage that hadn't been cleared for days. The TV in the room was not working, and when we asked about it, the staff rudely responded that we should have informed them earlier if we planned to watch TV. The washroom was in even worse condition. The tap was broken, and even after raising a complaint, no one was sent to repair it. There was no water supply in the flush or the basin. Additionally, there were no hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the poor maintenance and unhelpful attitude of the staff.

Simple accommodation, small sized basic rooms with clean bed spreads and good quality beds. The location is excellent, walkable distance from the temple and with restaurants, medical shops, just next door.

"Rude staff" I have stayed with my family at this lodge and experience i have got is so unpleasant. When we arrived the person behind counter was so rude to ever talk properly like i have to pay him to talk and tell me if he has any rooms. The way he asked for ID and name was so rude i almost wanted to go back and find something else. Balcony of the room literally had pile of dust. Not clean at all. When we got entered in the room the staff was rushing back downstairs without even giving answers to the questions simply like if they have hot water and air conditioning and more. AC doesn't work in the room and staff don't even care to find alternative room and simple say don't have room. I When asked for tissues staff point finger to shop beside and ask to buy. What kind of service this is. So terrible customer service and over hyped with reviews. If you want to have some good time do not go there to spoil your mood with rude staff.
