Hotel Samadhan

We had dinner (Chapati, shev bhaji, veg biryani) at Hotel Samadhan near tuljabhavani temple. Worst quality food. They served stale Chapatis, tasteless *coloured rice* by the name of veg biryani. Zero star rating hotel and service too. Very disappointed.

It was a worst hotel i ever visited..i know that novratri time crowd come they neglect people...dont take orders even 1 water bottel take 20 min ...me n my team order lots of things literally everything is uncooked we tell them thats not proper but they neglect......a simple water bottel they take 20 rs .... One of the most unhygienic restaurant. Reusing spoon without wash. I cancelled half ate Pohe, and then I saw he added in that pohe and gave it another customer.

We had very bad experience at this Samadhan hotel. After having darshan in the temple of Maa Tulja Bhawani, I with my family members entered this hotel and order Plain Dosas at around 9:00 PM. We seated at the table from where the kitchen window and room was completely visible. I saw the person who is suppose to prepare the Dosas was cleaning the walls and floor of the kitchen room with Brush, his hands where wet enough with the cleaning waste and dirt. As he received the order, without taking any efforts to Wash his hands, he directly took to spoon with the same dirty hands to start preparing the order. It was very un hygenic, since all this as seen by myself I asked the waiter and requested him to tell the shef to atleast wash his dirty hands before preparing and cooking the dosas. Surprisingly, the waiter said, " Sir if you are not likely the kitchen view and that person cleaning stuff please change your seat. But he said the shef will behave same way, wont clean his hands and do the food preparation. His was rude enough to tell us that, "they don't care about hygene no matters if customer comes or not." We cancelled the order and left the restaurant. We took our dinner at another restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS RESTAURANT.
