Hotel Jawahar

The dinner was good. We ordered Budweiser magnum beer, chicken panchporam,chicken hyderabadi biryani which was so awesome. Loved it. And enjoyed my dinner with my family

It used to be very good. But this time, I wasn't happy with the food ordered. especially the lollipops. Was soggy and undercooked. Otherwise, the hotel is really good

I come for the restaurant it was good ambience and i order Chinese item it was delicious and good taste and taste was pure authentic recommended mr krishna cap was awesome suggestion of food i am regular costumers of hahwar

I stayed in Hotel Jawahar for 10 days and experience was pretty good. The hotel staff were helpful and empathetic. The environment was safe for girls as well. I recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a family residency in Ulhasnagar.

Two weeks back we had to unfortunately stay in this hotel as we were there in Ulhasnagar to attend a so called wedding and i must say that one of the worst experience of my life till now. The service is super duper slow, once you place the order either they will forget the order or they will take too much of time that you will get pissed off. Because of the worst service experience , i had disappointment and argument with the service staff but later i understood and accepted my mistake of arguing with them because its not the fault of staff, its actually the fault of the owner and it seems that owner's fault and he is not hiring staff as per requirement. Because i found in my 4 nights stay that this hotel was 100% booked but then also the staff is less and overloaded with too much extra work and because of which the staff is not able to perform well. Also the condition is that much worse that we had ordered 4 cups of tea in our room and within 10 minutes the staff ranged the room bell so i was very happy that they are quick but when i opened the door the staff said "woh joothe waale cups collect karne aaya hun , bcz jab isko le jaaunga tab aapki chai wapas isme hi lekar aa paaunga kyu zyaada cutlery kitchen mein nhi hain" this clearly shows that owner is just minting money and not investing money on staff and kitchen/housekeeping related requirements. Also if anyone has to order some food from the room then by default he has to call and that call will directly go to the reception and that staff further places order in the kitchen , ideally the call should directly go to the kitchen because every 2 minutes if reception person will receive "n" numbers of calls then he/she will definitely forget as that staff has other work to do and attend the new guest checking in. Also one of our family member had to go to reception again and again to place the order as that room didn't had intercom facility. So dear owner its good that while doing a business we should apply our "Sindhi mind" in order to take our business to new levels/heights but we also keep in mind that using "Sindhi mind" in a WRONG WAY and give worst results as well so kindly see that your hotel needs more staff and more better quantity/quality kitchen/housekeeping related requirements.
