The Snug By Delicia Restaurant & Bar

I recently visited Snug by Delicia in Ulhasnagar, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the cozy and inviting ambiance. The restaurant's attention to detail in creating a snug and warm atmosphere is commendable. Now, let's talk about the food! The menu at Snug by Delicia is a true masterpiece. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavors that left my taste buds dancing with joy. Whether it was the mouthwatering pizzas, succulent burgers, or the perfectly cooked pasta, each bite was a culinary experience to cherish.

Overall Ambience is cool and mesmerizing, they have tables ranging from 4 to 12 people which are quite amazing for big groups or family. Food is quite good, but also towards the expensive side, but looking at the ambience and service they provide, it's good to visit once in a while.

Me and my friends went to celebrate friendship day. We order 2/4 starter dishes and rumali roti..As we were in celebration mood suddenly we notice cockroach in rumali roti...so we called waiter and show that there is cockroach in kadak rumali roti...first he was not answerable..then he told k management is changed...I mean what the hell is this answer...no one came to see..as if no body cares...then we cancelled our dinner and make him to bill..you won't believe he said k rumali roti ka bill nhi liya apse...I mean humne woh cockroach wali Khali uska kya????Naam bade darshan chotewill not recommend this place to any one...Bewarewhat you are eating and paying for

I visited with my family Snug by Delicia in ulhasnagar. We had dinner at this restaurant one time and since then this place is my favorite one. The food quality and services are top-class. You should try it once. I think this is the best restaurant in the entire area at gol maidan. With Veg and non veg cuisine. Love this place and the food is just awesome. They take care of every order right and don't let you wait any longer. This restaurant is our entire family's favorite one. Great food, great services, perfect location, High appreciated. To me, this is one of the best places to dine out. Excellent services, they maintain cleanliness and take care of your need.

Ambience - From the moment you enter to exit it looks like a Second hand Desi bar. Old refurbished furniture, shabby washrooms, waterless taps, lighting etc. Food - Sometimes good, mostly bad as the chef here works with some intoxication(I believe) as he comes out with different tastes and flavours for the same item ordered. Hygiene - Rats roaming around, smelly crockery and stainy crockery. Service - Poorly trained and illeterate staff, seems like the best option for cost cutting but indirectly resulting in quality cutting. Worst of all manager Bunty, even after you complain him about something, he will once crosscheck with team... Despite of the guest being Right / Wrong his default response is to come back and fight with the guest no matter what and get the bill settled. Many many many eating out options available in the nearby areas but do visit here for some rat and intestinal worms or something.

For the price food quantity was less but quality was good. Costed Rs 2000 for 4 persons

Undercooked food. Not worth the price. Waiter had attitude and were judgemental. What a shame. Please avoid as there are other better place than this for half of the price.

Order same thing and get 2 different things Or maybe order 2 different things and get same food in the name of 2 different foods. Poorly trained staff. Washroom untidy and no water in taps. Pathetic
