Sunshine Beach Resort

We had a very unpleasant stay at Sunshine Resort. They tried to cram six people into a single small room with just one bed, which is completely unacceptable and extremely uncomfortable. When we raised our concerns, there was no proper resolution or alternative offered. The lack of basic consideration for guests' comfort shows poor management and disregard for hospitality standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent and respectful stay.

Very bad place to visit...the surrounding and the place seems to be having issues with all the facilities. Also, the staff here is very rude and they do not even correspond to any of the issues and queries. The rooms and the things provided are very unhygienic and when Complained about the same they try yell at their visitors. The staff has no sense of responsibility and neither are capable enough to resolve any of the issues. Lot of our requests were declined and are not adhered to. Do Not visit if you do not want to waste your money and time.

Very bad resort not recommend anyone specially if you are planning family or girls picnic..it's ideal for mens n onenightstand couples..v wasted our money hear..plz don't go here they don't hv proper stuff...pool was dirty..fan not working properly.. electricity big issue no rain dance no music...v went n had to tell on music on rain dance ..due to low power voltage rain dance not working hardly 5mts rain dance they started full day it was shut..music after 3hour they repaird there system n v hv to on our bluetooth no DJ..no proper meals..room they gv was nt upto the mark no hot water..used condoms in dustbin God knows if they changed our bedsheets or not..night stay was hell since owner recommended us to take non ac rooms has ac not working properly due to low power voltage..v took got in trouble..as fan was nt working at all it was n mosquitoes all over us n our kids..if v close windows v were suffocating inside the room night 3clock v shouted manager n told him to helps us with ac rooms ..full day v told he was like all is full n others he gv ac room..I mean "f" Same floor they had given ac room to one couple with full ac on I mean y so injustice done..when v asked for ac no ac..they gv different price to different people..manager told us he can arrange room other hotels but v hv to pay ..v paid extra night 3.30 n took chance to shift our family n friends to other hotel omg without knowing since ac was here v took chance this hotel no room was clean it was dirty bed sheets full of stain v didn't see n said yes n our children on dirty bed.. after v requested changing bedsheets n asked her extra mattress v went to sleep after half n hour something biting omg bugs in the room n toilet shit is there no water available hell night it was which I will never forget in my life..guys plz don't go here..all such resorts should be closed..when morining v went to tell n ask for refund or 50percent they said full yesterday they enjoyed n now started druma of suffering I mean ..if u hv suffered what v went to u wouldn't told us like this BC N telling stay full day n do tamasha v called to police n told them what they didn't to us..n after v got little money back v left ..this resort is hell on earth ..I pray this place should get shut very soon the hotel owner is full fatu he didn't come to face the issue..only talking to there stuff..I mean is this for people u serve or u made to earn profit at cost of people's life n pains. Very bad!!

1. AC not working in room - needs urgent attention. 2. Frequent power cuts - lights flickering/off. 3. Room maintenance issues: - Broken tiles - Torn curtains - Washroom needs update (outdated soap) 4. Limited food options - more variety would enhance experience.

With family enjoyed very nice with sound full of DJ with rain dance could not stopped untill we were tried ... lovely atmosphere with fresh air the day ..good food with affordable rates.. very nice rooms...dey rates are very affordable......so I enjoyed my holidays.. So what about ulll .. ..

3rd class category not recommended to anyone plz don't waste your money time..night stay is hell.. day picnic who can't effort I will not go here even if they gv free also to stay...yukus 10000000times bad That one start also is because of it was not able to post I will give zero start don't go here.. Business making racket...not for customers Paise k liya banaya hai kuch nahi hai yahadont go on 4.3star if anyone don't belive just take one night picnic without ac or with ac wala room not special ac wala because they r very mean..as if wanted to room some dusmani from us they screw ppl life

My stay with my family was very awesome... Very cool climate.....room was very clean Staff was very very kind.food was very very tasty... Very very reasonable and affordable price .. All should visit and enjoy with your family on weekends
