I recently visited your restaurant with high expectations, but I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received. After placing our order, we were made to wait for over an hour, and even then, no food was served. Frustrated and hungry, we eventually left without eating anything. Shockingly, the manager seemed completely indifferent to our situation. We weren't the only ones - several other customers were sitting idle and openly expressing their anger because they hadn't received their orders either. This is highly unprofessional, especially for a new restaurant trying to establish itself in a competitive market. I understand that setting up a business takes time, but customer service should be your top priority, especially in the beginning. First impressions matter, and sadly, this one was terrible. People don't care whether you're new or established - they care about how they're treated. If you want your restaurant to survive and grow, it's high time to take serious action to improve your service. Staff training, better kitchen coordination, and basic courtesy can go a long way. Please reflect on this feedback and work towards creating a better experience for future customers.
Had an amazing experience at Kingsland! The food was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was nice, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Definitely one of the best places to dine -- highly recommend it!
Kingland resturant was good but as per price the quantity is very less and very uncomfortable restaurant it is and the service is to late As I request you manager that kindly give enough of qty as per your rate because first is a last impression for customer
