Food quality was good. Service is excellent. Liked the atmosphere. Ambience can be better.

No dought about food quality, but management attitude are very poor about customer. And did not serve last complimentary sweet.

Excellent food & specially excellent service also on week end Saturday Food was very tasty & yummy also service by staff is excellent

Shari family resturent is very bad experience because today we order cheese garlic naan having after same time we order same order they charged me extra food also not good

Pathetic service by the staff named Amit! He was rude enough to let go customers out of the hotel without finishing their ordered items!! We had to leave the hotel in between because even manager was supporting his staff even though he was knowing that staff has done mistake of tearing off the order paper and throwing that in front us! He did not even apologise for the same! Regretfully, we settled the bills for the items we didn't even consume or finished!! Hopefully higher management will look into this matter so that in future others doesn't suffer because of the same!!!

Regrettably, I must express my disappointment with my recent visit at hotel Sharvi. My overall experience was overshadowed by the discourteous conduct of one particular staff member "Amit". Upon arrival, I was met with a dismissive attitude from "Amit" a member staff. Despite my efforts to engage politely, their responses were curt and lacking in basic courtesy. Throughout the time we spent at restaurant, interactions with this individual were consistently abrasive, leaving me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a guest. Furthermore, the failure of the management to address the issue promptly only exacerbated the situation. Despite bringing the matter to their attention, no tangible steps were taken to rectify the behavior of the staff member in question. This lack of accountability reflects poorly on the hotel's leadership and raises concerns about their commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience.

This hotel has one of the best cuisine. The menu has a lot of dishes which is mouth watering at times and craves to come again. Visited today with family. The food is just awesome as always. Don't go for the negative reviews to be honest. The main part is thier range of varieties and the mainly costing part with this best ambience is what matters the most. Superb experience!!

Basicall for weekend enjoyment we opted for sharvi ...We move out every weekend so we were very well aware of the time to serve will be longer. We already wasted one hour..where ordering water also took 15 mins to reach the table but the thing went wrong where the waiter named Amit wrote our Maincourse order and threw the same paper in front of us without saying a word..we then proceeded to the Management and the revert from the Manager was... He must be frustrated due to the burden of orders will arrange someone else on ur table...u forget what happened and continue ....by such revert we moved out without finishing the things ordered and paying the bill as a responsible citizen...but this incident leaves a message saying "customers should tolerate our waiters mood swings and also pay the bill for the insult"..Are there any authorities who may revert us for the same?
