I recently visited Post Office Bistro and Bar in Virar, and it was a delightful experience! The ambiance seamlessly blends the charm of a vintage post office with a modern bistro atmosphere. The staff was attentive and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. The menu offers a diverse range of dishes, showcasing a fusion of flavors that cater to various tastes. I particularly enjoyed Starter : Dariyaganj tandoori Chicken Schezwan chilly Main course: Chicken noodles Moraccan pilaf - it was a perfect blend of creativity and deliciousness. We dined at your restaurant last week and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. Despite having a reservation, we arrived slightly late and were accommodated as a group of 10-12. However, the service that followed was not up to the mark. We were immediately told the kitchen was closing and had to place the full order at once. Fried noodles were not served with the soup, and only after escalating to a manager were they brought--belatedly. The entire main course, Rice & roties was served together, and everything turned cold quickly. When we mentioned the rice was cold, we were told, "Ek hi saath pura khana banaya tha, kitchen band ho raha tha," which felt dismissive. Had we been informed in advance, we would have chosen another restaurant rather than compromise on our experience.

8 march 2024, we had dinner we ordered honey chilly potatoes, veg crispy, mushroom chilly and Koliwada Prawns. Firstly all the veg item tasted similar and wasn't that great. The service too was slow. They need to work on taste

Recently visited the best Bistro You'll find in Virar The Post Office Located at virar Serves tantalising Non-vegetarian, Sea food & Vegetarian Food options as well ! There is so much in menu to choose from this place has a classic and vibrant ambience with full of Crowd ! Service by the staff is to be appreciated Do try out there Creative Curated mocktails and cocktails I'll recommend you to try out teriyaki Chicken and blanket prawns And Try chicken Orange chili Sizzler which is enough for 2-3 Ppl Presentation is upto the bar !! Hello FoodieTherapy55 here "Post Office Bistro" It's a heavenly place for non veg lover which is located in Virar. It's a budget Friendly restaurant with quick service and cooperative staff. Spicy Guava and Virgin Mojito: Both the Drink were top notch and well presented. Mangalorean Chicken : It was very tasty yummy and spicy too. Tandoori Chicken Lollipop: 8 pieces were served and it was well presented . Murgh Lababdar : it was really nice . Good amount of chicken along with thick gravy and butter garlic naan makes a great combo. And the Massive Oriental Sizzler: This is a very huge one which has lots of chicken mexican rice, fries and veggies. It's enough for 2-3 people. And ended this amazing meal with there desert i.e Peru Ice Cream: it was worth it and delicious too. Kudos to the Team of Post Office.

The menu is pretty well managed with a mix of various cuisines. From appetizers to main courses, everything we tried was super yummy and well-presented. Staff here are most welcoming and great in hospitality. We Tried out- Mock-tails: Spicy Watermelon & Lotus Biscoff Starters: PAHADI TIKKA & AFGANI TANDOORI Main Course: MURGH TIKKA LABABDAR WITH BUTTER NAAN BUTTER CHICKEN BIRYANI

The place is beautiful and decked up. Just what I expected from a place called "The post office " It brings alive the ambience. It has many unconventionally named dishes and a huge food and drinks menu. We ordered Paneer crispy, Paneer gangum style as appetizer. The paneer was soft and the quanyity was great. Paneer was heavy, barely left any space for main course. We ordered drinks like classic mojito, Green apple mojito and blue lagoon. The drinks were great and tasteful. In main course we ordered Veg Peshawari and butter kultcha. The taste of the sabji was okay. I was glad it did not have paneer at all as I got tored eating paneer from appetizer. The kultcha was soft as expected.
