I had a disappointing experience at Koyla Shendra Hotel. The waiters were rude and displayed unprofessional behavior, making the visit uncomfortable. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our requests, leading to frustrating delays. The overall service was poor and far below expectations. I would not recommend this place unless they address these serious issues.

Thali will satisfy your testbuds. Serving is at the best. Overall you should go there for experience, you will not regret. Ambience is also nice and calming.

Very good quality and fresh food on the highway. For families it is a great place.

Only dum biriyani is the best Dish here.... Do not try any other one.

Absolutely horrible customer service.. I ordered Tandoori Chicken and was just having bones. After asking them they just told me that you got 8 pieces and that's all you will get. Waited so long and got cheated.. Stay clear of this restaurant.. no passion in their business. Not worth it...

Ambience is very nice, interior is beautiful. Staff behaviour is good and service is prompt. Taste is Average to good. Pricing wise it is little bit on higher side. I would love to visit again.

There is a drastic fall in the food quality and customer service, and you can spot coacroaches and flies all over the place. The staff handle the customer's problem by simply ignoring it.
