The Venetian Hotel

Breakfast quality has to improve a lot .charge for extra person in breakfast and no of items u r serving doesn't match. Service : Towels quality wash is suggested for hygiene. Remaining all are good

I stayed with my family in the hotel from 27 April to 01 May 2025 and I had a very bad experience. On our second day of the stay, one man just pushed open our room door and walked inside. It was so scary and embarrassing, we all were shocked to see this person walking inside a room. He walked inside and when we told him that he is in wrong room, he went out. The hotel staff is to be more conscious about the security, safety and dignity of the guests. I informed this matter to the receptionist, wanted to speak to the manager but he was not available and to our shock, later also there was no response from the Manager or management. Basic courtesy would have been that the manager should have checked with us and should have resolved the issue. But sadly the manager, choose not to address the problem, which happened. Although the hotel building looks good but the services provided are not up to the mark. I waited for so long to give this feedback as I left a message with Amol and he spoke to the manager or the management about the incident yet the no one give a call for apologising or feeling sorry about the incidence. It does not talk very well about the hotel and management. I expected more!

Had a best experience at this place. I attended 3 days wedding at this hotel. Spacious and clean Room. I got the best view from our room's balcony. Love the food especially desserts and starters. The function halls are big and wonderful. My family really enjoyed.

It was an amazing experience at Venetian. The service was great, and the staff was kind and friendly. The food tasted fantastic. I had informed them in advance to set up the table with candles and flowers, and they did an excellent job. It truly made my day.

We had breakfast here but with limited menu....I will give 5 stars for it's service and location... cleanliness.... rest was very good

Entire staff was cooperative humble and extended courteous service through out our mass engagement program. Prashanto has been very enthusiastic and followed us like a shadow and ensured all the comforts one would expect. My sincere gratitude and appreciation for him. Like wise Ms pratiksha was also very courteous and exhibited great deal of commitment.
