Stay was good. Room prices and foods rates were reasonable. They provide complimentary breakfast and you get parking facility and power back up is also available.Service wa very good. Had a comfortable stay.Bar is also available .
I personally don't recommend this place. Before going to the rooms and checking it check the seat cushion in the dining hall beside reception. You will understand why I am saying this. Dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. Their bedsheets and blankets are from jurrasic age. And to hell with rates.... You will find lot more better homestays at cheaper rates
Oldest but worst hotel in Tura. Hotel in dilapaded condition. Cockroaches in the room. No room service or phone in room. Old furniture. No lift, they lock reception at night so you don't get water. They shutter the main gate after 10:00 pm
One of the best hotel in tura. Food was delicious rooms are cleaned and Staffs were well mannered and disciplined

Front desk is always empty in the morning, day before check out i ask the receptionist about her morning shift timing she said 7 am onwards. Now its 7:30 am and i could not even check out as there is no body in the reception . 30 minutes of my time is gone just waiting for the manager to come for her normal work.
This is the best hotel in Tura ,located in a market area,near to Super market building.It is famous for delicious food.Perfect accommodation,price is reasonable,friendly staffs,good service,neat n clean rooms,comfortable,I would say Perfect you can also stay in the Treehouse resort.It has pleasant environment ,enjoyable in a swimming pool,awesome views.It is just my personal experienceRIKMAN CONTINENTAL HOTEL IS THE BEST
