The food is very good, drinks are also good. The place is cozy and looks very nice and chic. But the best thing about this place is the staff! These guys are amazing people and very friendly! Please let the manager know that the two staff members ( one boy & one girl) deserve a medal! Thank you very much guys! I strongly recommend this place!

The food was excellent with perfect taste and the only thing not perfect was that the pasta was a little cold. The ordered food was delivered with a time gap and the same issue with the side dishes. The recommended wine had a litte to heavy/complexed taste for the ordered dishes and there was traces of cork in one of the glases, the tryed to correct that error but without changing the glass or the opened bottle. But overall this was a very nice restaurant well wort a visit.

It was an absolute brilliant experience. We visited it twice because it was amazing. From the restaurant design to the really kind waitress and the foods the steaks themselves was 11/10. Absolutely recommend it.

The steaks were world class, it's a perfect place for a steak lover. The meats are delicately dry aged past the 40/60 days mark (depending on the breed) creating some of the most tender great tasting meat I've had. Vino selection is fantastic, bottles or by the glass. I loved this place so much I visited it twice during my short stay in Bari! I also had to book a ticket to Florence to benchmark how the florentina Chianina breed compares to some of the Lombardy gems served here. Rustic deco and well trained staff.

We visited Sappori Solari just because we craved a good steak... And i have to say that we were both more than impressed! For starters we got the beef carpaccio and the ragu pasta to share and i have to say that the ragu was one of the best and most flavourful I've ever had in my life ....and no I'm not exaggerating...trust me . Later on we had one bistecca fiorentina about 1,2 kg to share and some side dishes and oh boy everything was so fine... The steak was cooked rare and served on a cast iron plate witch you could continue the roasting as far as you wanted and of course we ate it medium rare.. perfection! We accompanied our dinner with a glass of local red wine as suggested by our very kind and helpful waiter! Many thanks to the whole service team and my love to the chef and his kitchen team !

Gorgeous staff. Incredibly good food and perfect atmosphere. Solo travelling and perfect spot for a meal, a glass on wine and a book read.
