I've visited many KFC outlets across India, but this was by far my worst experience. The staff at this location were extremely unprofessional, lacked basic manners, and clearly weren't trained properly. If the team doesn't know how to communicate or handle customers, it would be better to shut down the outlet. Very disappointing!
The worst branch in Nagaland. The chicken is always so chewy n rubbery. Doesn't give mayo n sauce that includes in meals. But most importantly the chicken is always so stale,bland on taste and rubbery.
Worst experience ever. Had to wait for ages to get the order . Better take ur bedding in case u are planning to eat there. Never ordering from there again
The staff were well mannered and the burger i ordered was super delicious highly recommend...a must visit
Worst experience they over cook the chicken sometime and sometime they delivered yesterday chicken.... 3/4 times I experience from Midland kfc that's why I stop ordering

Worst KFC i ever ate. Tasteless. I absolutely don't recommend this store.
I order online and they didn't gave me a receipt and also few of my items were missing and refused to refund or replace my order. Such a bad experience really disappointed.
