New Hope Cafe

Despite the negative reviews here. I'd say it's a pretty decent and cute cafe. Very english and instagrammable I'd say. Loved the interiors. Would recommend to visit at night since the decor is partly varieties of decorative lights and woven bamboo/basket lanterns which adds to the beauty. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. The food quantity and quality can improve. Perfect for a cute date night!

I visited this cafe today and I'll b honest tht this was my worst experience in DMP out of all I visited till now!! I'm a very foodie person and I hav visited a lot of cafes and restaurants in DMP but NEW HOPE CAFE was the worst one!! Waiters are inexperienced, busy in chit chat among themselves!! And the food OMG it's the first worst food I had ever in my entire life!! I ordered Chilli Potato (which make out only best among all), I evn ordered Ramen (but instead of Ramen they served us Masala Maggie and they told it's Ramen only), I evn ordered fried rice (which was not even cooked nicely), I also order Blue Lagoon, Virgin Mojito, Chocolate Milkshake, Chicken with barbeque sauce, and chicken momo (which only came out Okay). They didn't evn serve Napkins, Salt & Pepper, all the other tables were empty they didn't placed anythng on the table!! Whn I calculate my bill came out around 1,350 BUT they made it 1570 + they dnt giv any bill which was very unprofessional. I'll rate this place 2 out of 10 and evn - for the waiters behaviour. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY DISAPPOINTED

I ordered pork noodles and OMG! it was served in a bowl weighing almost 400 to 450 grm but the quantity I got will not be more than 150 gram I swear. I couldn't content myself as I was so shocked my eyes popped out and I looked at my friend in disbelief and I was like ' etu khabo na suku te hali bo???!!!?? Seriously, I am a polite and courteous person by nature but this is not it. I was charged 460 for the noodles and 2 shots of coffee....8 say shots cos the glass in which it was served is equal to a vodka glass. This is pure cheating, come on. I even conveyed my disappointment to the girls at the service counter and reminded them that when someone pays to eat, they deserved to leave the place with a smiling face , filled with gratitude n not like me, leaving with utter disappointment with a big question mark on our face asking ourselves ' Did that really happened???#@!!!??

Not recommended at all, came with my family for dining but was not embarrassed by the service quality and taste of food, I meant it was not the same before. Ordered virgin mojito mocktail but it was so sweet and the lemon was not freshly cut as there was such fresh smell if lemon.when I told the problem, bar tender came up that mojito used to be like that, Idk how on earth the owner end up hiring such guy it was a big embarrassment never coming again. And the funny thing was that, they charged me 50% for the drink so I paid them full when we were hardly able take a sip.

I thought that the cafe was so cute and pretty so i also expected the food to be the same but i was so wrong. My Brutally honest review is that -please change the chef. The food was not even consumable. If you improve the food , no doubt the cafe will be the best cafe. Btw the service is great. There is time, please dont take this in a negative way but rather take it positively and try to improve

I visited this cafe for the first time... N the experience was horrible....like the service n food . We ordered chicken variety n they gave pork instead..... we changed 2 times n still got pork at 3 time...stuffing was not fully steamed and the most interesting part is when I visited there were no customer at all n they took almost an hour to served 2 items....never visiting again. The only good part of this cafe is its ambience. Sweet , decent and peaceful look it gives...that's it.

They serves worst tasting food , disappointment has peak but this cafe cross even that . Virgin mojito or sugar drink idk Fried rice or salt plate i can't distinguished Stirred fry octopus or tomato and onion plate i am not sure ,apart from that,they don't provide any spoons or straws or napkin and when asked they would first discuss among themselves and provide that too incomplete set . Disappointment at peak
