Customer Reviews & Testimonials
To be very honest, I was quite disappointed. I had high hopes as I really enjoy KFC, but this visit just didn't meet my expectations. The food was alright overall, though my fries were slightly overcooked. The person taking my order was not very responsive or helpful, which made the experience frustrating. I'd also like to mention that my daughter had stomach issues a day after eating here! I don't usually like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, this visit wasn't very pleasant for me.
KFC's tagline proudly claims "It's Finger-Lickin' Good," but based on my recent experience, it should be "It's Finger-Lickin' Cold." I didn't order a meal from Antarctica, yet somehow, my wrap felt like it had been cryogenically preserved, and the burger? Might as well have been stored in a meat locker. The only thing that wasn't borderline frozen was the rice bowl, and even that was just meh at best. Serving food this cold is borderline inhumane--nobody craves a chicken meal that tastes like it was defrosted five minutes before serving. I left more than half untouched, not because I was full, but because I refuse to subject myself to the culinary equivalent of disappointment. KFC, either change your tagline or serve food that actually deserves it. Paid 1500 for this food.
Food Quality: "The chicken was really crispy and flavorful." Customer Service: "The staff were friendly and helpful." Value: "The value bucket is a great deal." Overall Experience: "It was a good experience." Specific Menu Items: "I love the Zinger burger!"
It's Kentucky burnt chicken. I'll tell you why, the crust is burnt and tastes bitter. Secondly, are we paying for the food alone or the service? The service sucks to be frank, and I've never been to a noisy KFC like PR Hill KFC, the staffs would literally shout and talk and sometimes sing even when there customers. We're not there for a talk show or concert are we?
Very bad experience, the staff are not trained for customers, very rude and non responsive even when asked anything, most of the table was left with crumbs and dirty trays, when asked to kindly clean, they did nothing and after more than 15 mins we cleaned ourselves with tissues. The food took forever to come. The hand wash area had no soap or tissues and was all wet and slippery all over the floor. Not very advisable with kids and don't go if you are hungry. You will wait forever. It's written very clearly no pets allowed and the staffs were very nonchalant with people who came in with pet.
The kfc was bad, as we order our food some piece of chicken were like re-fried Like they are giving us previous day fried Chicken left over And the spicy chicken leg was not even juicy. The owner should fire the manager and staff and hire a good manager and staff And they should also hire more staff as I have waited for my food like 30 + minute
Overall kfc experience in this location was okay. Initially when it opened, the chicken was overcooked and dry. So o had a bad experience on the food and the service because i had to wait for an hout for my food. But after trying it out recently, their service have upgraded and the food have improved so it was satisfactory. I hope they will keep up their progress and continue leveling up their performance. One suggestion would be i hope they can keep the orders ready for online pickup orders instead of preparing it after we reach.
Highly disappointed with the service and the chicken. The fact that we ordered special pieces , paid extra for it but given random pieces was such a turn off. To make matters worse the chicken was so dry and hard, its hard to miss that the chicken was not freshly prepared. This is not acceptable at all.
