Namaste Family Restaurant and Bar in Gaur, Rautahat, near Malpot and Napi office, offers decent food but falls short in a few areas. I tried the veg momo, which was quite tasty and freshly prepared, but the waiting time was long. The staff primarily speaks Hindi, which may be challenging for non-Hindi speakers. While the food quality is good, the language barrier and slow service could be improved for a better overall experience.
When it first opened, I went there and had my meal, and everything was great. But after a few months, the quality started degrading and went really low, so I decided to look for other options and preferred other restaurants. However, since the last quarter of 2024, the food quality has improved significantly, and now I'm happy with it again. Its Quality is not the best but good, for now i think they need to improve more.
The worst restaurants ever don't go waste of time and money and there biryani like Khichchdi

the service is very bad. I think they need some training about pizza.pizza quality is very bad.behavior with customers is very rood.
Very polite owner and staffs. Delicious food with reasonable pricing. Glad to find such pleasant place in the location where we had to struggle a lot to get good food earlier.
