Barauli Community Stay

We stayed here as part of a group tour. We received a warm welcome with flower garlands. The rooms have hot showers and were very warm, especially at night time. The cycling tour, cultural dance and Jeep Safari were all excellent. The bikes were a bit old but did the job and the staff were especially helpful when things broke down. The food was especially good.

Had a wonderful time here. The accommodation was comfortable, the food amazing and the people friendly and fun. Highly recommend taking a safari in Chetwan and borrowing a bike for a ride to the river.

This place is awesome with very friendly and informative staffs. The hospitality was remarkable with delicious meal. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable. Our family enjoyed staying here on February 1st 2025. Highly recommended for friends and families.

Amazing place to stay! The rooms are big and with hot water. It is a very peaceful place where you can see the stars clearly and get to visit the national park. The service was great and the food and drinks were delicious. They take care of you as if you were in their house. Totally recommended

Barauli Community Homestay was one of the best experiences I've ever had. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights. As two females traveling in Nepal we felt very safe throughout our barauli experience. Leading up to our homestay, the coordinating staff were very responsive to all of our questions.||The community was welcoming and kind. We experienced a variety of activities. |The heritage dances should not be missed. The bike ride to sunset over the river was absolutely beautiful. We saw 8 rhinos on the safari in addition to multiple other animals. But the highlight was learning to cook dinner with one of the families. I cannot recommend this enough to everyone!

The Barauli Community Homestay was a lovely place to stay at for a couple of nights. The rooms are basic but clean and there is hot water in the shower. Toiletries are provided and they were good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is close to Chitwan National park which was great. As it is in quite a remote location the restaurant provides a wide range of food and drink.

Came here as part of a wider trip and stayed 2 nights. A wonderful flowery welcome with the location being close to the safari park but also hard to get to. The rooms had hot showers and he beds were hard but okay to sleep on and a quiet nights sleep! The food provided was good but also quite expensive for Nepali meals. The staff were generally ver good but I did find that I was overcharged for my evening meal which was disappointing. Overall a very good experience.

This stay was so unexpected! After a long drive from Pokhara, this was a little paradise, and just so chill and relaxed. The Homestay was lush and peaceful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We did the safari in Chitwan Park, and I highly recommend taking a bike trip around the village! They serve food and coffee throughout the day.
