Paalcha Newari Kitchen

Went there for having traditional newari platter, however one has to develop taste for it, it contains buff, chicken, beans, pickles, greens, fish, mutton n so on

I have a friends gathering twice at Paalcha Newari Kitchen. It was a wonderful dinning experience and go to place for gatherings. I really like the Newari theme ambience and the Food and the hospitality was on point. I recommend you all to try choila Mo:mo.

This is the first time I dined in, even though I have ordered food from here several times. Best place for clean newari food. They have a few sitting down places for those who want to have the feel of sitting down and having newari food. But the place isn't just about newari food. Though my favorites are sukuti chiura, samay baji and jhol momos. _________ Had samay baji today for dinner time. Yummy. The aloo tama and Thon (chyang) are a must try here. BTW, you can buy chyang by the bottle too. Do book beforehand.

Have been eating at paalcha since 2015 or 16 and the taste of sandheko chicken momo, spiral aloo still remains the same till date. I love the spicy chicken wings here as well as the meat is pretty chunky here compared to other places. We love most of the things we have ordered here for lunch.

Paalcha has always been one of my go-to places for lunch and dinner. The place is spacious, has a warm ambience, and affordable food! I recommend you to try the spiral potato as an appetizer. If you like spices then their choila momo is something worth trying. Also if you want to try a sweet and slightly spicy chicken dish, then have their honey chicken. Something they can improve is the quality of their washrooms.

They serve Newari food as their specialty. It's a great place to grab a quick bite and snack. The fokso fry was an absolute delight to taste and had amazing flavors. I also enjoyed their spiral potato, which has been my favorite for a long time.I tried their sadheko momo as well, which was bursting with flavors and was truly a chef's kiss. The honey chicken was also definitely worth trying. It was perfectly cooked and had a delicious sweet and savory flavor. The price point is reasonable, and the restaurant has ample seating space.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try Newari food or just looking for a good snack. Their food is flavorful and the restaurant offers a comfortable atmosphere. If you're in the area, I highly suggest checking this place out!

nice place to experience some of the authentic newari foods. Food is tastier and ambiance is good as well. I will come back again to taste other delicacies

Everything about this restaurant is delightful. The food is outstanding. It's like every dish is a signature dish. The staff are charming and gracious. Atmosphere is really awesome, the decor and furnisnhings exudes the warm and lively vibes of Nepali culture. If you're visiting Patan or Kathmandu be sure to stop by for a meal and a unique experience!
