HOTEL ROYAL GRAND HERITAGE

We stayed at Hotel Royal Grand heritage, Puri from 3 rd to 6 th April '25. Very good hotel. Centrally located, closer to Lord Jagannath temple. Rooms were new, neat and clean. A/C worked well. The bathroom was very very clean. Well maintained. They have a restaurant at roof top. Their complimentary breakfast is excellent with a number of South Indian items like Idli, Vada, Dosa, uppuma, Poori which really satisfied us, as we couldn't get good S. Indian delicacies in Puri. Only thing, in the evenings, they serve punjabi, continental cuisines. It will be desirable if they can include Dosa at least in the evenings. Their staff members were very polite and courteous to customers.But the open terrace restaurant outside requires better attention as we expect better servicevas compared to A/C.|Some of the staff, who served us include|Poonam, Vishnupriya Lipsa at restaurant|Ms. Mithali @ housekeeping|Mr Sanjay,Mr.Badhal@ reception|We compliment them. |I would strongly recommend this hotel for stay at Puri|It was a pleasant experience all together.

This is the excellent place to stay in Jagannath Puri. The hotel staff takes care of you very professional. They will ensure your trip is successful and completed as per your desire. Most importantly, Sanjay from Front desk is exceptional in providing best services. Additional positive thing about this place is roof top restaurant and wide variety of breakfast choices. They also provide assistance with Darshan sight seeing and cab services. Rooms are also exceptionally clean, tidy and hygenic. Don't miss this place to stay in Puri to have an amazaing and wonderful experience of Trip. Jai Jagannath, Hare Krishna.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Royal Grand Heritage. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to visit the temple. The breakfast spread was decent, though it could have had more variety. While the amenities were satisfactory, some areas could use a bit of maintenance. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and good value for the price

Too bad. Worst experience ever had. Rooms had seepages, ac making worst noise, dirty linens. No breakfast buffet has been put even after taking advance booking. Couldn't sleep at all with that bad sound that ac was making. Water leakage was there from ac, one may get electric shocks. Just showing well decorated walls over internet to attract visitors, so that they can book with advance. Never recommend this type of hotels. We didn't pay anything less. These are highly charged hotels as compared to services and comfort provided. Wasted our time and sleep. It is better to stay in a 2 star hotel than staying in such.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was excellent. Staff were polite and welcoming and specially the Receptionist Mr Sanjay was very helpful and informative. He even arranged Airport drop for me at a reasonable price. The restaurant on roof top was good as well. Rooms were neat and tidy with all facilities. Hotel is 15 mins walk from the main temple.

Nice hotel located conveniently from the temple as well as from the railway station and bus stand. Comfortable room. The bed and bath were clean. Maybe they can provide more coat hangers in the closet. Mitali did a good and tidy housekeeping service keeping the room clean and ensuring room supplies.

The staff of the hotel is aruguing us . This staff do not gove food on time. They give priority to the rich peoples. We have to go for taking the Utensils. If we ask for the manager number, they start arguing. The washroom is so dirty. The one thing I like is the view. I think this is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my whole life. At last I just want to tell do not visit this if you are look like a avg person.
