First and foremost, Billing at this outlet is a concern. First they present a bill with GST and there is no GST number mentioned on their bill. When you ask for a bill to take out then they will replace the old bill with a new bill and this new bill will have their GST number and other details. It's something they cheat on and that's why they are given 1 Star rating on their services. They try to do this smartly so that it can go unnoticed by many. Also if you make the payment on the first bill they will take away the bill copy with them and if you tell them you need a bill copy then they come up with excuses that they need to do bill entry in register and then they will replace it with a new bill.. We reached here at around 10:45 PM and the outlet was open for done-in. Food quality was good. Ambience can get better as it's a hyped restaurant for tourists in Amritsar. Loved the sweet lassi and we ordered for thali.

Visited this dhaba after hearing a lot about this place. After Kesar dhaba it was in our list. It is located on the main road and reaching here was very easy. However parking here is an issue, you can't park in front of the dhaba. The ambience is good and it's hygienic. We ordered rajma, jeera aloo with roti. The rajma was ok aish and jeera aloo was disappointing. I personally believe jis dhaba mein jeera aloo acha na mile wahan khane se zyada umeed nahi rakhni chahiye.. Aloo were raw and we also mentioned this. But she didn't gave any response. However the girl (server) was humble and nice. Food was served fast but we were disappointed with the taste. Price was decent but can't strongly recommend this place. As whole Punjab severe such a delicious food. So average food can disappoint you.

Brothers Amritsari Dhaba offers a tasty and satisfying experience, especially if you're craving their Chole Kulche. The kulche were perfectly cooked and the chole had that authentic Punjabi flavor I was looking for. However, the overall hygiene of the place needs significant improvement. While the food was flavorful, I couldn't help but notice the lack of cleanliness in the surroundings. This did detract from the overall enjoyment of the meal. In short, the food is worth trying if you're willing to overlook the hygiene issues. A little more attention to cleanliness inside the kitchen could easily elevate this dhaba to a much higher level. I'd recommend it with a reservation, urging the owners to focus on hygiene practices.

Not bad, albeit a little pricey for this style and quality of food. No dish we tried really stood out, other than the unexpectedly delicious mushroom dopiaza, which was amaizing. Worth a try whilst in Amritsar, although my preference and recommendation would be Kessar Dhaba if your looking for dhaba (roadside caffe) style food.

You don't earn a name in thin air. A lot of efforts and times goes into creating a name that too in a service industry. This place got its name and fame with all the efforts, time and service. They are living with that name and providing quality and tasty vegetarian food at reasonable price. The quality of service still have some room for improvement but you can overlook service for food and ambience.

I ordered Amritsari kulcha and found a cockroach's leg in the onion chutney they served. It's extremely disappointing to see that such a well-known franchise doesn't prioritize cleanliness. This experience has really made me question their standards. They didnt take action on this.

Ate here for dinner and breakfast and really enjoyed both times. Parathas were some of the best I've had
