Novelty Sweets & Restaurant

I generally visit novelty but quality of food is decreasing. Recently we ordered pasta along plain garlic bread. Pasta was good but plain garlic bread was just butter toast in round shape. Above all staff says this is the plain garlic bread. I tried garlic bread from many places but staffs reply was as we customers don't know about food. Second most pethatic thing was " nuts and noodles salad" I attached the pic. Why are u making food of customers. It was smelly peanuts and plain boiled noodles without any dressing. If chef doesn't know how to serve the it should be deleted from menu. We left the salad as it is. Owner should taste both plain garlic bread , salad and take corrective measures and refund the money if really taken care of reviews.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience at the Novelty branch, 279-East Mohan Nagar. I specifically went there for the "Novelty Special Paneer" priced at 284. After waiting for 30 minutes, I received my order, which the waiter confirmed was the correct dish. However, upon returning home, I found that it was not what I had ordered. When I called to address the issue, they insisted I bring the dish back, even though I live 6-7 km away. I offered to send a photo, but they refused. The staff member was also quite rude, and the dish I received was not only different but also unappetizing. Additionally, the QR code for feedback on the bill isn't working. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. #Thirdclassservice

A bit expensive but I've visited Novelty Sweets, East Mohan Nagar, a few times, mostly for breakfast, and have mixed feelings about the experience. As a branch of the well-known Novelty in Amritsar, I expected a certain level of quality, but unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The Puri Chana plate, which costs Rs 120/-, is a bit on the higher side, especially considering the taste is just average. While the presentation is good, the flavors don't particularly stand out. However, the ambiance of the place is really very good, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. One factor that works in Novelty Sweets' favor is the lack of competition in the area when it comes to clean food. In a place where hygiene and cleanliness are often a concern, Novelty Sweets scores well. If they could work on bringing down the prices and improving the taste of their dishes, it would elevate the overall experience. As it stands, Novelty Sweets is a decent option for those looking for a clean and comfortable place to eat, but it doesn't particularly excel in terms of value for money or culinary excellence. the money

Me and my friend ordered Dosa, Pav Bhaji, and Mint Mojito. The Dosa was decent -- I'd rate it 6/10. But the Pav Bhaji was served too cold, even the butter on top wasn't melted, which was very disappointing. The Mint Mojito was also a complete letdown (0/10) -- the staff clearly need proper training to prepare such a basic and common drink. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude, which completely ruined the experience. Definitely not worth recommending.please don't waste your money

Very good foods and tasty, we love it ... we every weekend come here and enjoy the foods

Spacious place, congested seating. Prime location. Costly. Only Hygienic place. Spicy food. But tasty food. Limited sweets variety.

Poor and time taking food delivery?added extra charges just like service charges (optional)without telling us ..

Kachori was good but Bombay sandwich wasn't taste like authentic that filled less veggies only and missing green chutney cheese.need to improve food quality.
