This place is an absolute disgrace to hospitality. We've all put up with mediocre food and so-so service before, but refusing water? That's a new low. Seven of us showed up at this dump after hearing mixed reviews--should've known better. We asked for plain water, and the staff hit us with, "We don't serve water on Saturday nights. Buy a bottle or tough luck." Are you kidding me? What kind of idiotic policy is that? I demanded to talk to the captain, and he backtracked, mumbling it's not really a policy, just that they're "too busy" to bother with water on Saturdays. Right, because pouring a glass is such a Herculean task.||Then we escalated it to the manager, and his genius solution was, "Buy one bottle, and maybe we'll bring you water later." Seriously? This is Amritsar, a city that's supposed to stand for humanity and decency, and these clowns can't even spare a drop of free water? The service was a joke, the attitude was trash, and I wouldn't step foot in this place again if they paid me. Avoid it like the plague--unless you enjoy being treated like dirt.

I recently dined at here and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Having had positive visits in the past, I brought out-of-town guests expecting the same quality, but this visit was far from satisfactory. Service: The service was shabby and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which was quite frustrating. Food: The food quality was another major letdown. The mushrooms were stale, and the veg triplet was very bad, making dining at the restaurant an unpleasant experience. Overall, this visit did not meet my expectations, and I regret choosing this restaurant for my guests. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes necessary improvements.

I recently dined at housewood villas, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. We ordered dim sums, but to our shock, there was plastic inside one of them. This is an unacceptable lapse in food safety and hygiene. Additionally, the food quality overall was extremely disappointing. The dishes had a strange, foul smell that made them inedible. It was clear that fresh ingredients were not a priority. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent when we brought this to their attention. They neither apologized properly nor made any effort to rectify the situation. This was by far one of the most appalling dining experiences I've had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant until they address these serious issues.

Horrible experience at this restaurant. Waited over 20 mins for our drinks, ordered a moscow mule and brought me a cosmopolitan and told me that's what's a Moscow mule is. Had to explain the ingredients and then the server said he will check with the bartender. Then another server came and said it's a cosmo and not a Moscow mule. Then our food came and it was cold and not warm, while waiting on my Moscow mule. 10 mins later, they said it will be another 10 mins until my drink will be ready. Decided to just close the check and leave.

Good place to throw party in open in winter.but don't bring poper. Food is good. Every thing is ambience.you will be glad at end for choice of this place Menu is full of choices but pocket is yours.

Recently visited there nd it was very frustrated experience actually staff seemed very disinterested for services nd when we discuss it with attended he neither apologised for it. I regret for choosing housewood villa for dinning with my friend . I would strongly recommend for avoiding this restaurant .

Lovely place for dining ....food, presentation and ambience, all are classic!

Bad food with small portion size and prices of a 5 star Overall i didn't like the food and prices were very high for the portion size. Not worth the time and money spent. Only ambience was nice.
