Kava Grill & Lounge - Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar

Amazing food. Possibly one the finest restaurant. We had our dinner on 2025 Valentine's day. The culinary choices were amazing. Also staffs Prince, Harpreet, Chef Hargun are cordial and welcoming making the dinner an enjoyable experience!

This restaurant in the hotel left me utterly impressed. The staff here is exceptionally well-trained, and their humility and down-to-earth nature are truly remarkable and rare to find. The level of service was beyond expectations, with impeccable manners and genuine warmth. What sets them apart is their genuine concern for guests' well-being. They graciously accommodated requests for special dietary needs due to medical conditions. The 'Namaste' and treatment as though we were welcomed home guests made the dining experience truly exceptional. It's not about money here; it's about genuine hospitality.

This is located in Fairfield by marriott at Amritsar. The food quality is average or just Above average. We booked from Zomato. There was supposed to be a 35% off on total bill. The restaurant denied it and said that's only on food and not on drinks. Very strange. I complained to zomato they apologized and refunded. But the restaurant staff was not helpful and strange. We ordered a cocktail with olives. There were no green olives in the restaurant. Not marriott standards at all. The veg Platter was good. Dimsums were good. No complains. Atmosphere of the restaurant was good. But service can be improved. The manger did not know about the discount. And says we get very few bookings from zomato.

Ordered Seekh Kebab and Chicken Zafran Biriyani and it was up to the mark. Spice level was perfect and kudos to chef. Shivam was very helpful, in general everything was perfect. The entire kitchen team is very well behaved and know how to treat customers.

Great staff, great food. I visited with my family and we really enjoy our stay at marriott. The staff is very good and helpful. Mr Sekhon and Mr yash looked after us very well. We will remember their hospitality. Looking forward to visit again.

I'm visiting Amritsar for the 1st time, Food -> the restaurant manager, staff Vansh and chef went over and beyond to accommodate any special request I had. The decency of the team and hospitality is A++++ The restaurant manager Ajay goes over and beyond as well. I'm Australian visiting here, and my food requirement has been on ease. I have been having 3 meals through out my trip here. It's well maintained, ambiance is great, lovely staff and delicious food. Very hygienic and freshly made food. Dinner buffet options are amazing and not limited. I would say after trying so many restaurants in entire Amritsar finally I found the best!! This restaurant has no value for time. The food is average and the wait is excessive. The manager consistently gives an incorrect approximation of when dishes will be served. Staff does not keep track of the items that are served and instead asks if there are any pending items. We waited over an hour for 4 small platters and an appetizer. Ridiculous.
