We ordered grille veg pizza it taste like baked bread no taste of spices and vegetables is in it. And I don't what cheese they are using to make pizzas its pathetic actually. It's like I'm having gravy of veggies. Not worth it. I don't recommend this place at all.

The food was quite good and I have no complaints about the taste or service. However, I was shocked to learn that the restaurant refused to provide regular drinking water and insisted we buy bottled water instead. This is completely unacceptable. Providing safe drinking water is a basic responsibility of any dine-in establishment. It's not just about courtesy -- it's a consumer right in India. Forcing customers to purchase bottled water is not only unethical, it's exploitative. Until this policy is changed, I wouldn't recommend the place, no matter how good the food is. Disappointing.

On 28th April, 2025, I had a very disappointing experience at Pizzeria - Ranjit Avenue branch in Amritsar. This place seriously lacks even the most basic standards of customer service and food quality. We had to wait for nearly 50 minutes to get our order, despite the restaurant not being very crowded. The service was painfully slow and disorganized, with no communication or updates from the staff. Speaking of the staff -- they were rude, untrained, and completely indifferent to customer concerns. The cashier in particular was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. When we politely raised a complaint about the excessive waiting time and poor service, the response we received was, "Please adjust, humans make mistakes." That kind of casual attitude is completely unacceptable in any professional establishment. To make matters worse, the pizza we were served was extremely oily and tasted unhealthy. It felt like it was drenched in oil, with a greasy texture that made it hard to eat. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and overall it lacked the quality and taste you would expect from any decent pizzeria. It honestly left us feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied. This place fails both in terms of service and food quality, and the staff clearly lacks basic training in customer interaction. I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing enough that I feel compelled to warn others. If you're looking for a decent meal and respectful service, I strongly recommend avoiding this branch. There are far better places in Amritsar to spend your time and money.

Hello friends today I went to this place for dinner with my friend. We tried pizza, cheese snacks, cheese garlic bread. It was perfect to eat. But their order service was very late. That is not correct at all. Their order time used to take 30 minutes. The rest of this loction is absolutely correct. Thanks for reading my review.
