The massive and clean rooms they provide with European design Everything artisticly made and selected for rooms. One interaction with owner proven to be kind and proves their beliefs in topnotch hospitality

One word for my stay here "WOW". The rooms, The ambience, Food , Staff ,and the Special Thanks to Kind Owner Himself,Everythng went from good to exceptional . It was a rest day for us after a long trip and the stay never made us feel bored The room size and design was at par with presidential suite's of most 5 star properties .

I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had during my stay at your hotel, Khyber Hotel, on the 19th [Month] at around 2:00 PM. Initially, everything went well -- the check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I stayed for two days, and overall, I was satisfied with the cleanliness, food, and room service. However, the food charges seemed a bit high to me. The issue arose at the time of checkout. Around 12:00 PM, when I requested the final bill at the reception, I noticed that an item -- "Shahi Paneer" costing 320 -- was added to my bill, which I never ordered. When I pointed this out to the receptionist, he responded rudely and spoke to me in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I was planning to extend my stay by one more day and informed the receptionist. However, he quoted a rent 700 higher than what I had paid earlier, without any explanation. Due to his rude behavior and unprofessional attitude, I decided to leave the hotel immediately. I kindly request that strict action be taken against the staff member who was on duty at the reception at that time. His behavior not only affected my experience but also reflects poorly on the hotel's reputation. I also request that the hotel management ensures such incidents are not repeated in the future.

Stayed on 11-02-2025 , Never try this hotel stay , very bad amenities, hot water will finish while you are taking a bath, and then you request hotel staff to provide hot water in bucket , most expensive hotel in Anandpursahib, but they don't have hair dryer in room or reception. No heating in room,only cooling. The restaurant is good , the food tastes good. But never recommend for Hotel stay. You will find better options near by even in very less rates.

I had a family gathering at my home, So I booked 8 rooms at khyber. With no doubts it's a new hotel so the rooms and the hotel itself was spotless but what disappointed me that rooms 105-106 were the only rooms that are equipped with hot water geysers and rest of the hotel work with one central hot water tank. Which means there's no instant hot water other than those 2 rooms. Plus, as per the staff they turn of the hot water tank at night. So most of my guests had to leave early but they couldn't shower. Cherry kn the top was when i found out that there kitchen opens at 8:30 which is too late for a hotel. Hotels with high tariffs are expected to have such basic things taken care. I would urge the owner to look after this other than that khyber has very good food and great customer service.

The food was so tasty and the chef was very talented. All staff are polite and have good hotel management skills. The reception desk guy was very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and 5 star quality. Parking space available.

Firstly the food at the hotel is amazing . They do Indian , Chinese and Italian all of which is 5/5 excellent. The hotel rooms need improvement- the floors are dusty and towels are dirty, there is no heating. The only cooling options are ceiling fans . Hopefully this will improve as this a very new property .
