If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, the minimum allowed is one. What we experienced at this Domino's outlet was beyond disappointing -- it was emotionally painful and deeply upsetting. Yesterday, my family and I -- my brother Prabhdeep, my mom, and I -- visited this Domino's location to order food for the first time after returning to India from abroad after 5 years. We placed our order in-store for pickup, which included 1 Veg Extravaganza combo, 3 Choco Lava cakes, and 2 dipping sauces. When we received the notification that our order was ready, we went inside and collected it. As lifelong strict vegetarians, my mother and I were excited to enjoy our meal after a long day. However, to our utter shock and heartbreak, we were mistakenly given one Farmhouse pizza and one non-vegetarian chicken pizza with red peppers and pesto sauce instead of the correct vegetarian pizza. The chicken was cut and presented in such a way that we mistook it for paneer. My mother and I unknowingly consumed it while sitting in the car outside the store. It was only when my brother took a bite and instantly recognized it was chicken that we realized what had happened. He chose not to tell us immediately because he didn't want to hurt our sentiments, especially our mother's. As vegetarians, and more importantly, as people who follow our religious beliefs with sincerity, this incident has left us deeply hurt. I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life. I've traveled to many countries, but this was a first. To mistakenly eat meat because of a careless error by a staff member was not only disappointing, it was traumatic. I came home and cried. I apologized to God with a heavy heart. It felt like a violation of everything I believe in. The emotional and spiritual impact of this incident cannot be measured. This wasn't just a mix-up. It hurt our religious and personal values. The complete lack of professionalism and attention to detail at this outlet is shocking. We spent over 1500 and instead of a treat, we were left devastated. This was our first time ordering from this location, and it will absolutely be our last. We will never recommend this Domino's outlet to anyone. We will also share this experience with our friends and family, so they do not have to go through what we did. Mistakes happen, but this kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to dietary and religious restrictions. We hope Domino's takes this seriously and puts systems in place to ensure this never happens again to anyone. Order#83 (May 1, 2025)

Pathetic service.. Whenever you order a pizza their app doesn't raise any objection regarding your location but after preparing pizza their delivery boys always calls you and says that we don't deliver pizza at your location.. And after that neither they deliver your order at your location nor they return your money.. Its just a kind of fraud.. Extremely pathetic, ridiculous

We ordered 4 pizza and some sides for home delivery.... Firstly it took so long to deliver the food... Secondly when we received the food, all the items were cold.... After that when we had it, the experience was very disappointing.... The food was cold, stale and inappropriate.... Also the toppings were very less.... Also, we even complained about the same, but we got no response.... Would never recommend it to anyone...

Horrible services. Took 1.5 hours for Delivery. The staff doesnt pick any calls whatsoever. After 1.5 hours they sent horribly cold pizza right out of the fridge

I ordered at 2:14p.m. today and recieved my order at 3:08p.m. when the 30 min delivery was active. But I received it after 54 mins approximately double the delivery time. I never had this kind of experience when I lived in another city. Worst dominos outlet and worst delivery experience. When asked the reason for late, they start making excuses and declining calls. Edit : I recieved the refund.

Very poor service at barnala when i ask to complaint she said mam app kr do complaint i wait for the order for 10 min at counter

Taste was not good . They should improve the quality of taste. After having pizza i was feeling sometime is my throat scratching . I will not prefer this outlet again .
