Too crowdy during dinner time Food is ok Prices are high

Not as professional as they should be. Not one came to ask for order even after 10-12 mins. Seating was near the entry gate just to accomodate more n more people which is unnecessary. Ambience is okay. They Need lot of improvement. Not impressed at all

was a visitor in Batala , came from Canada and heard very good reviews about this place. I visited 3 times they had good service here .Today it was the worst ever disappointing experience I have observed by the restaurant staff who made me feel very dis-respectful they have no interest what customers are going through.I have no words on how poor is the hospitality of this restaurant. I hope it would get better, but I will never visit again. This restaurant claims to be multi cuisine as I can see some Mexican and Italian menu but those were just names without taste. Indian food was very good but if they want permanent customers . They need to be feel sorry . Today I orders nachos it's so tangy they didnot feel sorry at all . But no doubt they ask me to change but I don't like it . I asked them order something and pay extra for that's . They refuse it .i don't think so it's any make sense to refuse it . They should change this kind of behaviour. Thanks .

Pizza is perfect but yeah we requested thick crust rather than thin. Mix sauce pasta was sweet but not bad.

Amazing place, cleanliness was amazing, being from overseas i was surprised to see the cleanliness. Service was great, and food tasted amazing . Must try .

Best quality food items served. Cold coffee was just as desired and the paneer tikka sandwich was also awesome to be consumed. Major drawback was the cost of the items. The pricing was too high as compared to other available food outlets and restaurants. This makes its approach to the creamy societies of the town. A middle class family cannot afford such a huge price rate, therefore the middle class family seems to be going for a genuine quality and affordable digestible price range. The major advantage for B town is that it is located near school and a well known college. But school teens and college students are also out of the customer list because the pricing standards of each food item served is totally out of their pocket moneys. Only high society kids can enjoy the B town Bistro. Therefore, I would like to suggest the management of B town Bistro to lower the pricing standards to attract new customers from all sections of the society. Make it somehow pocket friendly so that every new customer can be converted to a genuine regular customer. Thanks®ards Amit Mehta

We ate here several times during our stay in Batala (visiting from the US). Our relatives took us here and we visited maybe 4-5 times. The quality of the food was great. Whenever visiting India we are always worried about the food quality and making sure we don't get sick, however we had no issues here. The food was all fresh and delicious and they had a variety of items from indo-Chinese to North Indian to pasta and pizza dishes as well. They were able to accommodate my daughter's request for a grilled cheese and made sure to take into account her nut allergies as well. We highly recommend this restaurant. The ambiance was very nice as well.
