Highway Taste Restaurant

Ambience wise it was a very good place for a family hangout. There is a small swimming pool in the premises. Neat and clean washrooms. We also ordered food there. U can take food in side the restraunt or neaby poolside. Only one problem I found there that is of service. Only one person was available for providing service. Hence food was reaching very late.

It was good time there but service of food serving is little slow. Nice view at swimming pool. Quiet place to regain travelling strength

Good place for a break n relaxation.v nice health hygenic neat n clean restaurant.with tasty n fresh food means dinner. Good staff.. location Beautiful with a swimming pool for adults n children too. Had v good time with d family.

For those who haven't recently been to highway taste restaurant ( on national highway 1a, Mukerian bhangala road, ), it's really gotten quite excellent. This is a classic (and classy) family-fun restaurant. C is the executive chef, his brother D is the general manager and their parents (A and B) are the owners. C is turning out some wonderful dishes, including a truly superb "confit" of fish and an excellent roasted lamb; and all of the traditional Chinese dishes (the family being of napali ancestry and the restaurant itself describing its food as " Chinese and Indian infuse ") are also first rate. The restaurant's atmosphere is open and fresh but, at the same time, almost homey, making saag a very pleasant dining experience. Prices, too, are reasonable for the quality, though certainly not cheap.The combination of quantity and festive atmosphere more than offsets the inconsistent food quality, though som of the meats are quite good. When we went with friends the top-round and lamb were very good,You can eat all you want as the servers periodically keep coming round and offering more .Restaurant makes everything from scratch with care and finesse. We have been there twice, with friends, and sampled a wide array of traditional dishes. Everything was excellent. We even ordered some dishes without cheese to see what "healthy" would be like-and it was so good that we didn't even miss the cheese!

Typical dhaba, the structure seems new... Friendly staff (it was not crowded when we went) the parathas aloo paneer etc was very good, I saw their feedback book in which many others had written good reviews about their aloo parata .. Hence the same is recommended... And yeah being a highway dhaba the restrooms were cleanly maintained

This place have ample of parking and clean environment. Food is good but nan & rotis were stretching like rubber and it was not chewable because of which experience becomes average.
