We are pure vegetarians and recently ordered veg burgers from Burgill, trusting the menu and expecting a good experience. But to our surprise and shock, we received chicken burgers instead. This is not just a small mistake, it's a serious issue, especially for people who strictly follow a vegetarian diet due to personal, religious, or health reasons. Mixing up veg and non-veg orders shows a clear lack of attention and sensitivity. We hope the team at Burgill takes this seriously and improves their quality checks to avoid such mistakes in the future. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering again.
Burgrill faridkot manager harsh is very mannerless he changes our order ( as from bill ) and 2nd time his behavior also bad ..we ask for feed back book he said no , so please check your order first if you go there and who is owner please think about this ...thanks food is good but need to improve manager behavior ...we are here 1st time nd 2nd time but not happy other customers dyan rakhio ...thanks
I remember eating at Burgrill for the first time in 2016 or 2017 at Sec. 35 Chandigarh. It used to be my favourite burger joint. Eating here again was nostalgic to say the least.
Pathetic service. Happened same thing with us we ordered veg burgers and recieved chicken burgers instead. Irresponsible staff
