It is a good supermarket in which one can get everything from a packet of sugar to headphones.

The customer service was terrible. First, the staff didn't provide the bill. Then, they failed to inform us that frozen items can't be returned or exchanged. When we tried to return a package that was mistakenly purchased by my mother, the store employee was unhelpful. We even suggested him check the cameras and refused to assist in any way. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Really frustrating experience. It's disappointing when customer service falls short, especially when you're just trying to resolve a simple issue. I hope the situation gets addressed so others don't have to deal with the same poor service.

Very bad customer experience. Had to wait 20mins for a single chocolate. Card Machines didn't work, System was very slow and employees were not at all upto the expectations.

Great place for shopping groceries. Staff is very helping in nature. Good deals with great variety of products especially in a small city like Faridkot. Online order booking experience has been smooth as compared other supermarkets in the city. Plus point is they accept cards on home deliveries as well. Two things they can look to improve upon: the store becomes quite crowded especially in evenings. So they must look to expand. Second, they should stock more general vegetables and fruits.

Unhelpful staff who didn't help us with after purchase items organization infact they took photos of our bill making fun of us. Very unprofessional and awful services. The clothes weren't folded after purchase, the employees who were billing us did not listen to us at all and always thoughts big brands give their services their first priority but this changed my mind. Would not recommend to anyone or visit again.

There's not much variety in many sections especially frozen foods considering it's in faridkot, it's counterparts in another cities such as moga ludhiana has much more varities, they should just close the fruit & vegetable section since they are offering stale veggies almost the double triple the price of local vendors who have qualitywise far superior products just outside the store

Availability of items is okay, but same can't be said about manpower.....u can see so many ppl roaming around ,yet usually a single billing counter works, baakiyan ch bas line laggi hundi
