Service is lethargic, even liquor refill order took forever. I took our family friends for dinner over there. But I really got embarrassed. Music was way too loud. Due to Monday crowd was minimal. But very dissatisfied. Ambience is awesome, no doubt. But only good ambience can't work. Never visiting again.

Disappointed with the Experience I've always had a great time at Finch, but today's experience was extremely disappointing. I paid extra for a DJ since the free one was only available at night, yet he left at 5 PM, cutting our time short. We barely got an hour of music, which was unfair. On top of that, the DJ was also not good. They also messed up our drinks and didn't bother to replace the wrong ones.To make matters worse, a waiter accidentally spilled a drink on my friend, drenching her completely. It was embarrassing for her, yet no proper apology was given. Shockingly, the manager and head waiter disappeared after the incident, offering no resolution or compensation. For a place I've enjoyed before, this was a huge letdown. They completely ruined my special day, and I expected better service.

I recently visited The Finch , a cozy pub located in Ludhiana. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was classic and charming, with a mix of wooden tables and chairs and cozy booths. The staff at The Finch were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were quick to offer suggestions on what to drink and eat, and were always happy to chat and make recommendations. I ended up trying a Moctail that was delicious, and paired it with a plate of fish and chips that were cooked to perfection. Overall, I would highly recommend The Finch to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming pub experience. The staff, the food, and the atmosphere were all top-notch, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu.

All the staff are remarkable but the manager was not good because we are judged by that person we are asked that you are paying the bill by cash or card while we are eating and enjoying our drink .. i had just arrived in this bar restaurant and we order the tower and food . I also paid 7000 + bill in this restaurant.. i just want to said that i am also from the hotel industry u cannot ask to the customer while they are eating or enjoying the food and they are giving the reason that we have to settle the bill , we have been asked that you are paying by cash or bill .. The conclusion is that manager giving the command to the staff ..

Food is good, but service uff what can we say Only two waiters for the whole resturant(short staff), overall it's one time place to go.

Amazingly fab place wit heart warming live music and dj . The ambience of the place is very eye soothing. Crowd visiting the place is of every age bracket and every sphere of life hence making this place happening and lively for everyone. Hospitality is good. Food is delicious. Exotic wide range of drinks.
