One of the dirtiest McD ever visited. Flys and mosquito flying here there. No neatness and Cleanliness. Tables are dirty, walls slimy. Tiles wall was visibly oily and dirty. Houseflies hovering all over the meals.

Degrading the quality,quantity of food; staff is not trained and rude aswell, firstly there kisosk machines were not able to fetch offers from the mc donalds app, and when i ordered from the counter itself the cold coffee quantity was way too less and when i complained about the quantity of coffee they said now the downgraded the quantity to half of it was orignally served in other mc donalds francises. I recommend going to any other place rather than wasting your money here. Cold coffee glass was way too small.

dont waste your time in drive through, they are slow like a sloth, took 25 minutes to complete the order. its better to park your car in the parking and order on counter. or you can go for KFC , they are way good.

Only Mcdonalds close to Nawanshahar/Garhshankar area. Location is great. They have KFC and Sanjha Chulha as well at same location. Mcdonalds bathrooms needs more maintenance. It was stinking and not clean at all.

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food and service were fine, I was really disappointed by the state of the toilets. They were poorly maintained--unclean, smelly, and clearly not checked regularly. It's a shame because cleanliness, especially in the restrooms, is a basic expectation and reflects on the overall hygiene standards of the place. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the facilities soon.

Whenever I visit this place, I have noticed that some of the female staff members are unprofessional and sometimes rude. During drive-through visits, they often do not greet us with a hello or good morning, and their expressions sometimes seem angry. Additionally, there have been several instances where I did not receive my full order -- for example, I ordered four ice creams but only received one, even though I was charged for all of them. Sometimes, they do not listen carefully to the orders, which leads to mistakes, such as missing items or incorrect orders. Last Sunday, I ordered pancakes, but they served us cold. Overall, they often make mistakes and waste our time. I have noticed that the male staff members are better, while the female staff sometimes cause these issues.

Every time I visit here, when I come to SBS nagar . Lots of food options. McDonald's, kfc, burger king, subway and many more....

Disappointing Experience at Mr. Guggi's Store I expected a top-tier experience at a celebrity store, but unfortunately, it fell short. The toilets were extremely dirty, customer service was poor, and to make things worse, cup lids were not provided. Additionally, the store does not accept international cards, which is very inconvenient for tourists. If Mr. Guggi sees this message, please consider upgrading the facilities and improving the overall experience.
