It was nice experience to stay at the hotel. Room and bathroom was clean and hygienic. Staff were friendly and service was good. Overall great experience.

Reception Staff: The reception staff was very nice and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth and ensuring guest needs were addressed promptly. Cleaning Staff: While the cleaning staff appeared efficient at their work, I noticed them often quarreling loudly in the corridors, which disrupted the otherwise calm atmosphere. This is an area that could be improved with proper sensitization and training. Rooms: One observation was the lack of significant differentiation between the normal rooms and the suite rooms. The suite should ideally come with added facilities or a sense of exclusivity to justify its higher pricing. Food: The food was okay, though it leaves room for improvement in terms of taste and variety. Decor and Furnishings: The curtains and sofa covers could use an upgrade to enhance the room's ambiance and comfort. Conclusion: Given Barnala city's limited options, Hotel A9 is still a good choice and has the potential to become even better with a few refinements in staff management, room differentiation, and overall furnishings.

Yesterday was my sister engagement at hotel A9 .. lucky we choose this place for function .. The foooooood was delicious woh the service was excellent .. staff were attentive nd polite .. the whole team made it happen so smooth .. special thanka to Sir chauhan and sagar .. The rooms are decent and feature good showers. However, the service is poor. The staff should review their booking systems and show more consideration towards customers. Their customer service deserves a 0/5 rating due to the significant hassle involved in dealing with them.

Extremely clean room. I loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when I was there. Really nice dinner spread. Only downer is that there were limited options in Breakfast. I would suggest to improve the variety in Breakfast and also recommend to improve the quality (masala tea). Other than that it was great stay from 25 July to 30 July. I found some connectivity issue( no ola uber cab) however hotel provided the chargeable cab.||Thanks,|Navin

It's a 5 start for me! This is the only resturant/hotel that I like to go the most. The food was the staffs give a good service.
