Ordered at 7:10 on 7 june. The cashier's dealing was more than worse and treated with roast full aura from the drive thru.
As a Genuine Review: I tried hot and spicy bucket but It was not meet the expectations I have from KFC name I heard. Any way the place it self have very unique view and place feel soo good l. KFC ' McD ' Starbucks at one place
Horrible chicken popcorn with raw spicy masala in large quantities. Popcorns were almost burnt. Almost an inedible meal.
We ordered in evening for takeaway at cashier window the main manager was very very rude nd his way of dealing was horrible. Plz change him...
Very bad taste its shit on name of KFC. Very poor coustomer service. They serve us stale food and when we complain they change it and in return give us 4 strips instead of 6 as we paid for six. Tikki in bun was also of very bad quality. I recommend not to come here and waste your money. They are just using name KFC and don't provide that quality. Even ac was not working
Such a poor customer service.. the employee Balwinder who was at front desk doesn't know how to greet a customer showing his rude behaviour. you guys need to improve customer service , one more thing dine in tables were not clean and well managed.. thanks..
Today we visited this place and went into drive through , the staff (Manpreet) is not good at all . They do not know how to deal with customers .
