Such nic , neat and clean well maintained resort

Attended and closely managed a wedding at this palace. Will 100% not recommend this place to anyone due to following reasons : 1. Management is not good and cooperative. They went back on their promise of timing that was aligned before hand with them for the event. And right before the event, they spoiled our peace of mind by denying it. Only after we shared proof of conversation, they agreed. Overall, rude & uncooperative management in our experience. 2. Seats of Sofa where bride and groom are seated, are torn. It spoiled all our precious pictures where torn sofa is clearly visible. Also, sofa for guests were dirty with food stains on it and there was no cover as well. 3. Waiters were untidy, and many did not do the service properly. Kept pestering for money, made the environment hostile. Also, there were many unauthorised people in the resort premises which was a safety concern for our valuables. Management should strictly limit the people inside the resort going forward to prevent any such scenarios. 4. Rooms & Indoor Hall : Indoor hall was not at all decorated and was dirty. Rooms given to bride and groom were also not clean. Visit yourself to see once. While location is very good and the resort is spacious( only outdoor space, indoor is totally cramped), the place is not well maintained and lacks cleanliness. Management is also not very professional. Hence, for the sake of peace of mind, which is most important during such events, please look for a better place and skip this resort. It is not worth the price that you pay. You can get a venue with better standards( hygiene, cleanliness, professionalism), decoration and cooperation elsewhere, this is a very average okayish place which can't match standards of many other venues in Ptk or Gurdaspur etc.

Very good Marriage place In Our town .Space is More than Others . Pricing is also Good .Good environment .Location is good placed on the national Highway .Overall good experince than Other Resorts.I visted In When Matser Saleem Came here for there Show .

Washrooms was very pathetic and too smelly

Good for higher quality party wear for women for women for women for women for women for women for men and forever to be in my WhatsApp group hai na Khush hu ki aap karte hai to wo bhi barabar hai to kya

Hall is good for around 150 to 200 pax. Washrooms were clean .
