Lovely thalli and good portions. But what ruined my experience was I ordered a drink at the start and it didn't arrive till I finished my meal and asked twice for it. Then we ordered tea and asked for it three times. 20 minutes later there still was no tea. We got NO tea!!! The guy behind the food counter kept shouting for Rohit and telling him and one other staff off. This is not very professional. I could hear some other people around who ordered using the online app and their orders were hot being done either. In the end we went downstairs to pay the bill and asked to speak to the manager. Guess what he was doing? Making tea!!!! We asked him how can you make customer wait for over 30 minutes for a cup of tea. He said the waiter got someone's order wrong and he was sorting that out. We said that's not our problem as a manager he should have the staff to serve customers efficiently. The manager didn't seem too bothered at us so we just left. Considering how big brand this company is it's very rubbish service in this branch. Two waiters running up and down continuously trying to sort orders while the manager makes tea.!!! Hire more staff and learn to speak to staff respectfully. Staff are not slaves.

Had a very disappointing experience at Bikanervala. The service was extremely poor, with no communication between staff members. Half of our order was forgotten, and when we finally got the food, the sambar was served cold. On top of that, the tables were not clean, making the overall dining experience unpleasant. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Needs serious improvement!

Ordered Gravy manchurian but the quality was very poor looks like kofta instead of manchurian. Very poor quality and taste.

Good and Quality food was served. Even sweets are also good. They have good options for sweets and dry fruits packing.. ambience is good for friends and family as well as solo

The food is not delicious at all! I wanted to eat papri chat after real long time, searched on Google and as per stars I thought Bikaner would be safest option. The chat only had sweet dahi and nothing else. I could tell from how it looked, that how bad it can be. My partner ordered cholle batture! Absolute Garbage food!! I would never ever come back here! Save your time and money!

There was a similar issue with the main course, emphasizing that improvements are needed across the entire spectrum of the meal. In terms of improvement, I would suggest that the restaurant pays closer attention to the temperature of the dishes served. It's essential to maintain the warmth of the main course to ensure a delightful dining experience for all the diners. In conclusion, while Bikanerwala offers a pleasant dining environment and generally good service, there is room for improvement in ensuring the consistency of dish temperatures. We had breakfast at bikanerwala from there variety of mast morning options, the experience was good. Bedmi Puri & sandwich was good & to add to it was the Kulhad Desi Chai. Just loved it.

Horrible experience--never coming back! If I could give negative stars, I would. The food was cold and tasteless, but honestly, that was the least of the problems. The service was an absolute disaster. My order took forever, and by the time it arrived, my family had already finished eating. And guess what? Some of the food never even came! To make things worse, the place was filthy and had a disgusting smell. Clearly, cleanliness and customer service mean nothing here. Cold food, missing items, horrible service, and a dirty environment--this place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else!
